Chapter eight

Test results from experments
All tests ended with the human getting sick and dying. One test still remains. If it doesn't work then I give up
Hajime's POV
I looked over to Nagito who seemed to be reading something when I tried to see what he was reading he quickly covered it up and smiled. "It's nothing Hajime don't worry" I couldn't ignore it so I hugged him to see if I could snatch the note to read later. Luckily with my acting skills I was taught how to pickpocket lockpick and how to fight. I don't use these skills often. I grabbed it out of his hand and hid it. He noticed me take it off of him so he attempted to get it back. "hey give that back!" I ran a little bit away from him but didn't notice I dropped my own research notebook. I watched him open it I shouldn't worry too much right? I was wrong I saw him look at the long list of tests and his face read pure horror. "Hajime get over here" Izuru seemed mad and he hardly ever gets mad and when he is it's scary. Izuru took the notebook away from Nagito and took the note from me. When I got a little closer to him he seemed like he was gonna rip my head off. I tried to act all big and tough but tears came spilling out. I noticed his anger disappearing quickly and soon he pulled me into a hug. I could tell everyone was talking about it. Izuru let go of me and noticed that I had shrunk down from fear. He wiped my tears before grabbing my hand and dragging me over to Nagito to return the things we had. I was given my notebook and nagito got his letter. Instead of Nagito being mad at me he pulled me into a hug. I felt his shirt starting to get wet. I guess I was still crying. We were all at the van and we were loaded in I had fallen asleep on komaeda from the amount I cried. I was leaning against his shoulder when I just suddenly fell. Into. His. Lap. I could tell he was dying from it probably because that would be embarrassing. I felt something petting me it was comforting. We made it to school and figured the day would be boring as ever loving fuck.
Time skip because literally nothing important happens.
It was finally club time and as suspected Nagito was waiting outside of our class. "You seem ready to go." I texted tsumugi and let her know we were gonna be early. She said we could head to the club room. I grabbed nagito's hand and led him to where the club meets. Tsumugi greeted us both and led me on stage. "So does Nagito know you are a hidden" I nodded and she sighed. "You can't trust everyone you know." She placed me on stage. "Get ready for dress rehearsal for our show with the music club. You remember the one where you can go absolutely batshit crazy." I nodded and let my power shapeshift my own looks. My eyes turned pink with red hearts And my hair went black and pink half and half. "Ready" she sighed "one day you are going to be caught if you are this careless." I nodded and got into position. I heard her say something into the mic and nagito sounded shocked. "I get to see a performance early?" I couldn't help but giggle a little. I calmed down and took a deep breath and she opened the curtains. She started the music to my performance and I started to perform soon people started entering watching me perform. I recognized something on the wall it was the were animal thing. I kept my attention down at the audience as best I could. No one saw it luckily. When I finished I heard a roaring applause. Tsumugi walked back and everyone left. Except Nagito. I changed back and summoned Nagito onto the stage the thing made its way back as well. "So why did you bring your friend?" I smiled "I want to join the theater club" he interrupted what I was gonna say. "ANOTHER MEMBER?!?!?" She was too excited. "Yea" she smiled a lot. Kaede and ibuki entered quickly. She walked off the stage and met with them. The thing got down from the roof and got close to the both of us. I knew it was more interested in what I was rather than komaeda. I could tell whatever it was was female. She was looking me up and down. I was curious as to what it was so I lit my thumb on fire and took a good look at what it was. Sure enough it was the prophet. She had Snow White hair and green eyes. Her clothes were rags and she seemed to not understand me. Me and komaeda hid her and took her out of the theater room "hey tsumugi I think I'm gonna go early I need to talk to my brother" she waved to us "alright have a good winter break!" Kaede saw the being we were hiding. "Hey I think I should go with him." Ibuki and tsumugi looked a little worried. "Alright you three have a good day." Kaede ran over to us. "What the hell is that." I looked at Kaede. "Go get the others and meet up with me and izuru at the van alright." She nodded and ran off to get the others. We walked towards the literature club. "Hey Nagito stay out here with her." He nodded and I walked in towards toko to see where my brother was "hey toko where is izuru." She looked up to me "hey Hajime he's over there" she pointed over to a few shelves. "Thanks" I walked over to the shelves and looked for izuru. "Hajime what are you doing here." I sighed "we have a little problem you have to come with me" he sighed too "alright let's go." We walked towards the exit "toko I have something important to do sorry I have to leave early." She looked up at him "it's alright have a good break" we left and he saw what I was talking about. "Alright we have to get her out of the school first before someone sees her" we nodded and we walked towards the exit avoiding tengan. When we made it to the van the others were waiting. "What the hell is that." We all looked at her. "We don't know but I believe it's the prophet." She looked up at us and we all got a better look at her. She sighed and began to speak. "My name is lady I was sent to protect Nagito from the seekers. And if you think I'm a we're animal I'm not I'm a human being." I sighed "no you aren't most of us here aren't human most of us are hunted." She looked at all of us. "You aren't all hunted there are two hidden among you and one human. You two are the hidden" she pointed to us. Shit. "Izuru we are screwed." He sighed. "We are the hidden of the group so what."
(I am really happy to know you all like the story enough to help with ideas I will try to keep up with updating once a day but I might slow down a little due to a little bit of loss of inspiration but I will try to get interesting chapters out.
