(So this is important for the story and explains a lot of what is kinda going on in the world around them it does explain how the world got to the way it is and the picture is a drawing of the seekers by DragonEmpress987 thank you for all your support on the story I probably wouldn't of gone back to it without your help. Now before we get to the actual history of the world I would like to explain one thing. It does skip around a bit but it makes sure to hit every ten years in between. The story takes place in 2275 in late December. The day they are on is 22 December 2275. The birthdays of Hajime and izuru are on there and they are the only birthdays added to the list. Now here is the history)
2027-2030- unnamed nuclear war
2030- first seeker hunted and hidden appear in poor country because of nuclear mutation
2031- seekers and hunted and hidden spread to japan
2033- seekers destroy the west coast of America
2034- half of America has been destroyed and seekers have spread all over the world but there is no real worry
2035- America has gone to a monarchy and is back to the first 13 colonies of America
2037- America is completely inhabitable
2038- all of North America has become inhabitable
2039- the first mutated animal has been mutated by scientists in japan
2040- Australia has become inhabitable due to flooding
2041- the north and South Pole have been melting quickly due to global warming
2043- South America becomes inhabitable due to radiation
2045- 2 billion claimed dead
2050- Europe and Asia become capitals of science and have discovered a cure for most diseases
2053- first case of seeker eye discovered
2055- Africa jumps from 3rd world country to a 1st world country when they discovered a new metal the metal was named "the hidden ore"
2057- Scientists discovered barriers to keep out seekers using the hidden ore
2060- schools teach more science and maths than before
2063- a second unnamed war breaks out between raider groups in North America and South America
2068- war ends destroying both lands more
2070- all wild animals are extinct and domesticated animals have evolved completely
2073- more than 4 billion dead due to nuclear war 
2076- global warming has ended and poles have frozen over again
2080- seekers kill 5 million Europeans in France
2085- seekers tested on and studied in school
2088- all countries adopt military time if haven't already
2090- hidden and hunted tested on in Japan
2093- japan figures out differences in hunted and hidden and name the races and the new species of seekers
2097- robots have been sent to North America to clean it up for new research centers
2100- all robots sent were destroyed
2103- the average life span is 100 years old due to modern medicine
2107- modern medicine cures cancer
2110- scientists have solved world hunger
2113- modern medicine extended life expectancy to 110
2117- music and movies go back to the past century before the wars
2120- seeker attacks are the highest death rate in all of the world
2125-modern medicine cures stds
2128- seeker deaths bodies found in America
2130- the population has dropped to 2.7 billion alive
2140- population dropping by thousands
2150- nuclear weapons attacked against the seekers in America
2156- America is mostly underwater
2160- modern medicine extended life expectancy to 115
2170- North America is submerged underwater
2180- South America is shrinking
2190-population has dropped to 2.5 billion
2200- South America is mostly underwater
2210- japan is the most advanced country
2220- Germany is attacked by seekers losing 10 thousand lives
2230- modern medicine extended life expectancy to 130
2240- seekers eye is common in one eye in hunted and impossible for two eyes but rare for hidden
2250-population has dropped to 2.3 billion
