Silence blankets the room, though it doesn't last long. Footsteps soon sound from the doorway as the dark door opens. "I have news." Says the frail man as he closes the door behind himself, a wicked smile on his face.
"Good or bad? Because that simple adjective makes a huge difference." Dabi sarcastically states, fidgeting with a small glass from his seat at the bar.
A sigh comes from Shigaraki. "Don't test me. It's fantastic news. With a random stroke of luck, I've discovered where the (L/n) girl is going to be." He sticks his hands in his hoodie pocket, leaving his thumbs out to dangle.
Kurogiri looks over at him from behind the wooden counter, his stance stiff and uncomfortable. "You have?"
The patchworked man looks over with a grin on his face. "Only took you four months."
"I will kill you." Hisses Shigaraki, leaning his head back slightly to knock his hood off his face. His cold red eyes scan the room. "She's going to Sea View at noon. Apparently, it's going to be the girl's birthday."
"You're going to try and kidnap her," Dabi turns, causing him to pause, "on her birthday?"
The pale man smirks and nods, looking over at his fellow league members. "We'll call it a surprise party."
"Shoji, I'm so sorry!" You say loudly into the phone. "I must've set my alarm wrong, but I didn't wake up at the time I wanted to. Could we push the time back at all, if it's not too much trouble?"
At the moment, you were currently fighting to put your socks on with one hand. You had set your alarm for nine, wanting to take a nice long shower in order to freshen yourself up. You had never felt the urge to look so nice, to feel so clean, and to be so tidy in your life. Though you didn't know if he considered it one, you had thought he was asking you out on a date. With more thinking, however, you assumed he just meant he wanted to hang out with you because he's sweet like that.
The boy on the other end laughed his quiet laugh and spoke softly into the phone. "It's no problem. Did you just wake up?" He asks.
"Yeah." You hum, looking over at the radio alarm on your dresser. The time was 11:38 in the morning.
"It's really no big deal. Noon was just a suggestion, we can wait until later today if you want to get ready." Shoji suggests.
You huff and flop back on your bed. "How about I call you when I'm done with my shower?"
"Sounds good to me. Call me when you're ready." You could hear that little tinge in his voice, the small little tone that made your heart flutter.
The thought that he was smiling on the other end caused your face to heat softly. "Alright, will do. Talk to you later!" You smile before hanging up, the brightness of your expression nearly able to light up the room.
Quickly, you run into the bathroom. While stripping, you look at yourself in the reflection. The place you wanted to go was simple and not fancy at all, so there was no real need to try and dress up. "Maybe I'll throw on that outfit I bought with Mina that one day. I haven't worn it anywhere yet." You say aloud to yourself as you hop in the shower after adjusting the water.
While in the bathroom, you took it upon yourself to make sure your legs were smooth and hairless. You cleaned your face much more intensely than you normally would; you even went as far as to tweeze your eyebrows. It wasn't something you would've considered doing, until you leaned closer to the reflection and became mindlessly self-conscious of them. That led you into cleaning your face with what you had laying around. When you were done in the bathroom, it was just past noon now, so you felt obligated to hurry.
