Mom told me I had to go into town today again so I pack up my basket and bring Animus. I pick up sticks and throw them for him as we go. When I get into town I set up my booth Animus lays down and I get to work. I see the boy that annoyed me last time I was in town with a few other kids. I recognized them Dominic, Jamil, and James. Dominic came over to my booth "Hi can I buy one red rose?"
"Sure!" I smile. He hands me a few coins, grabs the rose, and handed back to me.
"For a beautiful girl." I smile and blush as he walks away. An hour later I only have three apples left, and the annoying boy came back.
"I want to try again I won't talk as much I'll listen I promise I want to be friends!" He smiled.
"Ok what's your name?" I say with a slight slit to my voice.
"Aidan." He says that annoying smile on his freckled face.
"Well Aidan you just sit right there until I sell these three apples." he sits down. I look over and study his features. Red spikey hair, brown eyes, the classic ginger. James and Dominic come over to my booth again.
"Hey Ivy! James, Jamil, Seth, Van, and me are heading into the abandoned house on Memorie Hill later wanna come?" I nod, smiling. Memorie Hill is the one left over places from a century ago. I give Dominic and James the apples and laugh. "I'll meet you guys here at midnight but I'm bringing Animus." The roll their eyes but nod. I pack up. "Oh wait! Can Aidan come." The nod and run towards Jamil and Van to tell them. I smile. This is going to be a fun night. I think.
