I open my eyes to the birds chirping and smile listening to serene sounds. I start to fall asleep again when my mom screams my name". "Ivy!" I sneer and roll out of bed.

"Yes mom?" I say as I brush out my long wavy brown hair.

"You have to go into town today darling!" I roll my eyes. duh, I think.

"I know what am I bringing with me today?" I say.

"Well you need to bring tomatoes, peaches, potatoes, apples, blueberries, carrots, roses, lilies, and sunflowers." I roll my eyes as I grab and apple off the counter and head outside.

"K got it mom." I say as the door slams. I grab my basket and start putting the things I'm selling into it. Before I leave I look around and lift a rock up and grab my secret stash of money and leave. I walk along the path to town looking around to make sure there were no dead plants.

"Hi there." A boy says walking out of the woods.

"What do you want?" I say not bothering to stop walking and look at him.

"Jeez I was only saying hi." I stop cold and turn around.

"Do I know you?" I say shooting him a dirty look.

"No I thought I should just be friendly, what's in the basket?" I roll my eyes.

"A, don't be friendly and B, um is that your business?" His gaze drops to the ground.

"No." I smirk.

"Thought so." I say as I continue to walk.

"Are you going into to town?" he says running to catch up.

"Dude what the hell I'm about to freaking punch you." I growl

"Sorry I don't mean to be rude." He says quietly.

"Whatever." I say.

"So do you live around here?" I continue to walk. "Do you come into town often." I say nothing. "Are you a gardener?" Silence. "Do you have any siblings?" Silence. "Are you selling or buying." I look annoyed.

"Dude seriously, like what the heck why are you following me?" I yell.

"Because you seem interesting." He says with a smile.

"Just leave me alone." I say.

"No."

"You are a thorn in my side how annoying can you get?" i scream.

"Very annoying just wait." I tune him out for the walk into town. I head over to my stand and set up. I sit down and tune his jabbering out.

"Hello!" a costumer says.

"Hi anything I can help you with?" I smile.

"Well its my anniversary with my wife do you have any flowers for that?"

"of course, I have the perfect bouquet of roses!" I say as reach under the desk and grab the white and pink rose mix. Out of the corner of my eye I see the boy staring at the man.

'Here you go!" I say handing the man the vase filled with roses.

"How much?" The man says taking the roses.

"five." I say. He hands me the money and goes. The boy starts talking again.

"Wow that guy seemed suspicious what did you think I actually had enough time to work out a theory, I-"

"Shut up, just please shut up!" I say interrupting him. He goes quiet and I smile. After a few hours I'm sold out. I close up shop and start walking the other shops. The boy follows. I stop at a shop and see a locket for ten dollars. I give them the money and the hand me the locket. After another hour I start to head home. The boy is still following me. "Look I don't know who you are I don't know what you want but please just leave me alone, go back to the woods." I say. He looks hurt.

"Fine!" he yells and runs into the woods. I smile and head home. When I get home I drop the basket on the table so my mom can sort out the money and head straight into my room.

Dear diary, I met a boy today he was so annoying he wouldn't stop talking he wouldn't leave me alone! grr! He made me so angry! If he ever comes back I will hurt him! Sincerely, a angry girl. I close my journal and go to sleep.
