Chapter 21: Sona V.S Rouka.

Everyone were busy.

A war has been declared.

It's time to get ready. Battle cries and clanging of metals rang in the air.

"Shiro!!yoohoo!"Rouka waved at Shiro who's currently practicing with her brother.

The twins immediately run towards them.

"Yes Lady Rouka?" Shiro asked her.

Then they noticed Sona who's standing behind Rouka.

"We will just do our sparring somewhere else." Rouka answered."this place is kinda crowded and you know accident may happen."

Shiro stared at her for a moment. She really have a doubt about it. She glances at her brother who also feels the same.

"But Lady Rouka are sure about that?" Kuro asked her.

Sona gave them a signal of assurance.

"Don't worry about us." Rouka answered "We also need to get ready for the incoming war right Sona."

Sona nodded her head and she motioned that she needed to get stronger.

The twins gave up. They cannot stop this two young lads.

"Just be back before the sunsets ok." Shiro exclaimed in worried tone.

Rouka just wave her hand as she and Sona went towards the secret passage.

The twins watches them with worried look on their face and they return to their practice sessions.

Luna was in deep thought when she heard some knocks on her bedroom door.

"Come in."The door slowly opens. She's caressing her moonsilver blade as she watches her comrades doing their preparations for the incoming war.

"My Queen? Have you seen Lady Sona and Lady Rouka? I had been searching for them. The last time I saw them Lady Rouka said that they will have sparring somewhere but it almost 4 hours since they left. I'm starting to get worried My Queen." Shiro exclaimed in worried tone as she clenches her crystal bow tightly.

Luna quickly glances at her.

"Where's Kuro? And we should ask Queen Aviona and Empress Hyacinth to lend us some of their scouts."

"My brother is waiting downstair he's just waiting for your order. Queen Aviona already sent one her skilled scout to look for the two of them My Queen." Shiro answered.

"We cannot just sit here and wait. We should look for them too!" Luna exclaimed.

"But My Queen is it too risky for you to get out this time we don't even know if somebody is hiding there to ambush us. You should stay here and let us do the searching." Shiro answered.

Luna gave her icy cold stare and Shiro new she cannot argue any further.

"Forgive me My Queen. I didn't mean to disrespect your orders. I'm just worried about you. As one of your Royale Guardians I and Kuro should keep you safe all the time. That's the pledge that we did when we decided to joined The Scorn Of The Moon." Shiro answered.

"Do you have doubts in your skills and abilities to protect me?" Luna asked her as she transformed her gown into battle armor.

Shiro didn't answered she just stared at the crystal floor.

She felt Luna taps her on her shoulder.

"We had reached this far and it's not time to doubt on yourself Shiro." Luna whispered as she walk pass her.
"Take hold of yourself and remember you're one of the greatest warrior of your tribe."
