At the carnival, Luka and Marinette stopped at the gate.
Luka: Here we are. *He helps Marinette out and he goes to the bike rack and hooks his bike up and they go through the gate. *
Marinette: It's better than the grand opening.
Luka: I still remember it. What do you wanna do first?
Marinette: Look, a ring toss game. *They go to the ring toss game. Luka throw three rings at three bottles and won her a snake plush toy. * Aww, Luka. It reminded me of you. *She hugs him real tight. *
Luka: Glad it does. Let's go on a ride.
Marinette: Okay. *They start walking and stopped at a carousel ride. But unfortunately, Adrien and Lila followed them to the carnival. *
Adrien: Ugh. I'm having flashbacks about the carnival.
Lila: Why's that?
Adrien: I was akumatized into Heart Breaker. I might do it again, I don't know.
Lila: Well don't get consumed by jealousy. We'll get them. And I'll make sure of it. *On the carousel ride, Luka gets on the horse and Marinette gets on a different horse and the ride starts to move. * What?! Luka gave me a teddy bear once and I rejected it. He gives her a snake?
Adrien: She doesn't even like snakes.
Lila: once they go somewhere else, we'll jump them.
Adrien: I don't wanna jump them, I just want them both to suffer.
Lila: Even better.😈
After the carousel ride, they get off the ride and go somewhere else.
Lila: They're on the move, let's go! *They follow them to the next location. Their next stop is the cotton candy stand. Luka ordered one for Marinette and he gave her some. Then, she put some on his nose, and they both laugh about it. *
Luka: Okay, I'mma get you back for that. *He put some on her nose. *
Marinette: you're funny. Wanna get on the Ferris wheel?
Luka: Sure. *They go in line to the Ferris wheel. *
Adrien: They're going to the Ferris wheel.
Lila: Perfect. *They followed them to the Ferris wheel ride. When they get to the ride, they both sit down and the Ferris Wheel engineer starts the ride. Luka holds Marinette's hand. *
Luka: You good?
Marinette: Oh I rode these a lot. I'm used to these things.
Luka: Okay. *Adrien and Lila hide behind the control panel of the Ferris wheel. *
Lila: Let's make this ride into a pit stop. *She pull the lever and stopped the Ferris wheel. *
Marinette: Why'd it stop?
Luka: I'm not sure. But it'll probably turn back on.
Marinette: I hope so. *Soon, the cold wind came in, and Marinette shivered a little bit. *
Luka: Cold?
Marinette: A little bit.
Luka: Here. *He takes off his jacket and wraps it around her arms. It was warm and feels like Luka's cuddling her. *
Marinette: Thank you. What about you?
Luka: I have an extra one. *He gets out his extra jacket and put it on. And they admire the view too. Down there, the Ferris wheel engineer spotted Lila and Adrien by the control panel. *
Molly: Hey, what are you doing over there?
Adrien: N-n-nothing. We were just...
Molly: Were you the ones who stopped my ride?
Lila: No, no. We were just...
Molly: You better get out of here before I call security! *Adrien and Lila run away and Molly pulls the lever up and starts the ride. *
Marinette: Hey, we're moving.
Luka: I guess it didn't take too long. *They went in around and around a couple of times and they stopped too. *
Adrien: This is ridiculous. I have a better idea of how to get them.
Lila: And what's that?
Adrien: Meet me at my house tonight and we'll start planning.
Lila: Fine. It better work. I want Luka back!
Adrien: well I want Marinette back and nobody's gonna stand in our way.
