The next day after Adrien and Lila went to the police station, Marinette and Luka are at the park, sitting on a bench.
Marinette: Um... Luka?
Luka: Yeah?
Marinette: After the whole incident thing with Adrien and Lila, what's gonna happen now?
Luka: What do you mean?
Marinette: You know, with us? *He holds her hand and holds her chin up. *
Luka: Marinette, nothing will happen to us. They're gone, they won't be a threat to us anymore. It's gonna be okay.
Marinette: I know but, I'm afraid. *She hugs him and he hugs her back. *
Luka: It's okay. Ssh, it's alright. (I can't see her upset. I have to do something about this). Want me to take you home?
Marinette: Yeah. *They both get up and leave the park and go to Marinette's house. Once they stopped, Marinette wanted Luka to stay with her, but she wasn't sure if it was okay. *
Luka: You okay?
Marinette: Can... can you come up with me?
Luka: Sure. *He holds her hand and they both go inside, Tom and Sabine watched Marinette and Luka go upstairs. *
Tom: Uh, Luka? What's wrong with Marinette?
Luka: Go up there, I'll meet you there. *Marinette goes up to her room and stays there too. He talks to Sabine and Tom. * She's still shaky about Adrien and Lila.
Sabine: Oh, Mari.
Tom: Maybe we'll let her get some space.
Luka: I'll talk to her. *He goes upstairs and talks to Marinette. In her room, Marinette lay on her bed, Tikki, Plagg, and Sass saw her. *
Tikki: My owner is really upset.
Plagg: I know. I have not seen her this upset.
Sass: I'm sure my owner will help her. *Soon, Luka sits on the bed and rubs Marinette's back for comfort. *
Luka: Babe, I know it's hard to not imagine it, but it'll get better. I promise. *Marinette sit up and faced Luka. *
Marinette: Are you sure?
Luka: Yes. I love you, Marinette.
Marinette: I love you too. *They both kiss. *
Tikki: Awww
Plagg: Eww, get a room! *Tikki and Sass scowled at Plagg. * My apologies.
Luka: I have to go, I'll visit you tomorrow so we can spend some time together, okay?
Marinette: Okay. *He kisses her forehead and he leaves her bedroom and Plagg and Sass leave too. Tikki flies up to Marinette and rubs her face too. *
Tikki: It's all over, Marinette. We're all safe from harm.
Marinette: Yeah. We are Tikki.
