I woke up and smiled at myself remembering what I had decided to do last night. When we kissed something just clicked. I rushed to get ready and ran to Star Labs. Luckily, when I walked into Star Labs I saw that Caitlin wasn't here yet and I really needed to talk to Cisco in private. "Hey man!" I said when I found him working in his lab. As soon as he heard this he shot up from his work and was standing in front of me, prepared to listen to every word I say. "I'm going to ask Caitlin to be my girlfriend, like officially," I said. His grin was so big it thought that his face would be stuck like that forever. "YAAAAAAAAASSSSS!" he squealed jumping up and down. "Yes, yes, YES!" Just then I heard the familiar click of heels down the hallway.
Caitlin P.O.V
I heard screeching from Cisco's workshop and hurried down the hallway. "Cisco?" I said as I walked into his workshop. "Hey, Caitlin," Cisco said. I looked at Barry and saw that he was staring at me. "Earth to Barry..." I said. The awkwardness was suddenly interrupted by the meta-human alarm. We ran down the hall to see what the issue was. "Meta robbery on 5th Street!" Cisco yelled. Barry P.O.V
I ran to the crime scene and saw a man who was shooting acid out of his hands. "What's happening?" Cisco asked. "There's a guy who is robbing the bank and he's shooting acid out of his hands," I said. "Neutralize him!" Caitlin said. "Ok!" I quickly ran to the store and got lots of baking soda, then I opened up a fire hydrant and blasted the water at him as I covered him in baking soda. "Did it work?" Cisco asked. "No! What do I-"
Caitlin P.O.V
"Barry?" I asked, "Barry?! Are you there?" I heard a groan and looked at the security camera. The guy was in the meta cuffs but Barry was lying on the ground clearly injured. "Barry, get up!"
He groaned but we saw a flash of lightning and he was suddenly on the floor in the cortex. "Barry! I told you to be careful!" I ran over to him and saw that he had acid burns all over his arms and back. I helped him over to the med bay and treated his burns. Soon enough he fell asleep.
Cisco P.O.V
I walked into the cortex and saw Caitlin asleep in the chair next to Barry's bed. Awwww! They're so cute! Then I saw them both start to wake up. "Hey Snowbarry, " I said. They opened up their eyes and looked at me confused. "It's the ship name me and Felicity cane up with for you!" I said. The looked at each other and shrugged. "So the Christmas party is in an hour, " I said. "Oh no!" Caitlin said as she shot out of her chair. "I'll never be ready on time!" Barry got up out of the bed and walked over to Caitlin. He placed his hands on her shoulders and said, "Caitlin you look beautiful, you're already ready." Then they hugged. "Awwwww, my Snowbarry heart!"
Barry P.O.V    At the party
Now's the time. I'm gonna ask her to be my girlfriend. I walked over to the couch were Caitlin was drinking eggnog. "Hey Cait." I said as I sat down next to her. "Hey Barry, " she said. "I wanted to ask you something, " I said and I started to blush, "Will you be my girlfriend?" She smiled as she said yes and kissed me passionately.
