red rok issue 

after Conrad is fired by red rock medial everyone was shocked at what red rock medial company are capable of doing to make money ut they don't care about patients or the staff that work in the hospital, Randolph managed to uncover Cain's flaws he discovered that Cain has never lost a patient on the operating table, to Randolph he is shocked to find out that  Cain keeps rain dead patients alive just so he ould keep his death rate low and he makes money on keeping his patients alive.

2 weeks later

Conrad sat in bed reading his cv hoping to get an interview at other hospitals in the area as he sat reading he looks up to see his girlfriend rushing around getting ready for work and for a stressful day ahead of her.

one nic was ready she pecked Conrad on the cheek and said goodbye and soon she is off to work at Chastain park memorial hospital.

Chastain hospital

nic walks into work she gets changed into her scrubs, she goes to the nurse's desk where she receives the list of patients she has to treat for the day or the rest of the week, nic scans the list, she is shocked to see that one of Cains's neuro cases is on her patient list, nic is intrigued she had never worked with a neuro patient so she pulls up the mans records, it reads the man had brain surgery but he nearly died and then the amazing doctor Cain put him on a life support machine for many weeks, but since the mans brain was deprived of oxygen it leads to severe and irreversible brain damage, know the man can't control his temper or create a simple sentence when he left the hospital red rock and Cain made out the man was fine to be discharged, but a few weeks after leaving the hospital the man attacked people.

nic walks to the man's room she walks in and sees her patient sat on the bed, the man sees nic enter the room, as he sees her he gets off the bed and he runs to the corner of the room, he crouched down cowering like a scared little boy, nic walks over to him she kneels down to his level but she can't get through to her patient so she gets up and she grabs the man's records, she reads the reason for the mans admittance to the hospital it says he had infected bedsores and he needs iv antibiotics.

as nic stood to the side reading the chart she doesn't see the scared man rush around the bed and out of know where the scared and confused man attacks nic. he grabs a glass that was on the table beside the bed, then the man raises his arm and swings the glass at nic's head the glass connects with the nurses head it smashes into pieces, nic fell to the ground with blood pouring from the cut on her head, nic lay on the floor motionless face down with an injury to her head, as nic lay on the floor unconscious the mentally ill man sat in the corner of the room cowering wondering what had just happened, he snapped out of his rage and then he realized what he had done, he can't cope with what just happened so the man runs out the room leaving nic alone on the floor bleeding.

a few minutes after being hit over the head, nic started coming to but her vision was blurry, someone walked along the corridor and seen the open door, they saw nic on the floor then this unidentified person decided to walk into the room, they look to Nic and they see the broken glass beside her they grab a piece of glass and next minute they thrust it into nic's side.

as nic lay on the floor she sees a figure dressed all in black walk in they kneel beside her but they don't do a thing to help her, but then out of know where this figure picks something up from the floor and all nic feels next is a sharp pain in her side, like someone slicing her with a knife but instead this person stuck a sharp piece of glass in her side, the figure got up and closed all the blinds in the room, then they left the room closing the door behind them, nic lay on the floor with blood pouring from her chest, soon the blood loss got too much and nic lost consciousness.

half an hour later

doctor devon Pravesh was walking to his patient's room when he walked past a patients room that he thought was in use, as he walked past he kept hearing someone's pager go off, after the second time it went off he wondered why the person in the room wasn't answering their pager, he got worried, he walks to the door he opens the door slowly wondering what he would find on the other side, as the door opened he looked in at first he sees an empty room but then he looks to the floor where he finds a body lay on the floor with blood coming from there side and head, he looks to the person on the floor he is shocked to see blonde hair, he gasps at who the person on the floor is.

Deon: oh my god nic( gets to his knees).

devon kneels beside nic, he checks for a pulse he breathes a sigh of relief, he rushes to the door and shouts for help, he rushes back to his patient he grabs pressure bandages and other supplies to help treat his patient, soon the cavalry arrives, about 4 nurses arrive and soon they listen to devon's orders.

Nurse1: what do you need me to get for you doctor?

Devon: I need a collar around her neck and someone hold her head still and oxygen, i need a trolley and page trauma to the emergency department and someone page the chief of surgery, we are taking her to the emergeny department then she will need surgery.

devon and the four nurses manoeuvre nic on to the back board they place an oxygen mask securely around her face, one she is on the board they lift the new patient onto the trolley waiting outside the door, soon devon and the nurses and the two transport men were running with the trolley to the lift and then to the emergency department.
