Personality - (when izen is not fighting) joking, caring, funny, helpful. <happy-go-lucky> (When fighting) joking, confusing, and funny (If some one dies on his team while fighting) when izen goes blank and only focuses on the task at hand. Becoming a blank fighter that has mastered every form of wepon and hand to hand combat, when in this state DO NOT INGAGE if he gos into this made while fighting you run, you WILL go to the hospital or will die.
Aquentiances- vigilantes, every info broker in Japan and a few from around the world, some dead people, proheros (is on first name basis with a lot of them), has spies in villain groups/gangs.
Quirk abilities - Can kill people just by looking at them
Can make people feel pain just by looking at them
Can see bad things a person has done just by looking at them
Can talk to the some dead people only if he calls on them and they are willing to answer
Can take the quirk of the dead only if he wants to (mutant quirks be come a transformation quirk)
Can make people see their fears, he sees them as well.
Can manipulate darkness
Immortal (can regenerate from any wound nomater how severe)
Can summon a scythe

He can hide so well he can be in your face and you wont be able to see him
He can knock out or force people to stay still using bloodlust
Can sense bloodlust directed towards him nomater how little
Master in hand to hand combat and weapons (including aizawas scarf)
Photographic memory Perfect analysis skills
Can hack anything including UAs security systems
