Chapter 13 - Beomgyu

Y/N's POV
"Beomgyu"

Beomgyu turns around and looks at me suprised, "Y/N? Is it my day?"

"Yeah"

Beomgyu smiles and walks towards me stopping in front of me to ruffle my hair.

"I want to visit somewhere with you." I said scowling at him slightly for ruffling my hair.

"Sure, where to?" Beomgyu says raising his hands up innocently

"You'll see."

Timeskip TvT

I open the door and immediately a person turns around smiling

"Y/N! Beomgyu! Its been so long!" The person says hugging both of us

"Indeed ms.sofia. I'm glad to see you're still working here." I say as Beomgyu stares at me

"This is where..."

I interrupt him smiling at him, "you and I used to help work here."

"Do you mind helping me now? Im quite busy" Ms. Sofia asks as we both nod.

As we continued to stack the medicine and clean the room, Beomgyu kept shaking his head while I would just stare at him

"Do you remember when you passed out on me?" Beomgyu says picking up the medicine books

I took the books as I cracked a side grin, "you brought me here all by yourself. I must've been heavy, i apologize"

As I put the books in the correct cabinet, from the corner of my eye I saw Beomgyu blush as he scratched the back of his head.

"It was nothing really. It was just startling." He said before pausing

It was silent for a few minutes as we just continued to clean up the room.

The silence was nice to be honest.

I just drowned in memories of Beomgyu and I hanging around here.

"Do you-" we both speak up at the same time before laughing

"You first" I said as he shook his head

"No you first" Beomgyu says grabbing the student records for medical conditions onto the desk

"Do you remember when we first started working here?"

"The volunteer work? Hell yeah, best part of the year" Beomgyu says finally sitting in Ms.Sofia as she was currently at a meeting.

Pretty sure I forgot to mention that fact.

"You fell of the desk five times" I jab him slightly in the stomach remembering that day.

He blushes embarrassed as he just pouts.

Cute-

"Shut up" Beomgyu looks away from me as I just burst out laughing more

"Lets not forget the fact that I'm not the one too short to reach the medicines a student needed"

I start punching him lightly as I heard him bursts out laughing

"Short genes! Shut up!" I say in-between my punches

Without saying a word he stops my left fist and grabs my right wrist

"Hey let go bully!" I tug against him trying to remove his grip.

It only just got tighter

Slowly i turn to look at him in the eyes-to which he was already looking at me

Quite intensely may I add

"Beomgyu..?" I use a softer tone as I realize that Beomgyu seemed to be...

Staring....

Off at space?

But...

I look at his face studying it

Since when did he become so...

Babylike?

I mean his face has always been babylike one way or the other but

Now that I havent seen him in ages

Its shocking just how much they are the same but can also be so different

The pain of a sharp stab in my heart happened again as I winced

I must really
Regret having to leave like that don't I...

The fact that now they feel so distant from me when they are so close
Hurts my heart painfully

And...

Beomgyu...he changed the most but still manages to look almost the same...

"Y/N?" A voice snaps me back into reality as I stare into the eyes of a concerned babylike face

"Are you okay?" Beomgyu asks as he releases my hands moving his hands to wipe off some tears on my face, "you teared up"

I just stare at him before shaking my head blinking the tears away.  Breathing heavily I smile at him

"I'm fine"

"..." Beomgyu stares at me silently frowning before nodding, "its 5 P.M now, you should go."

I check my watch and curse out-loud, "thanks Beomgyu take care!" I fled from the room as I heard a small chuckle behind me with a few words afterwards

"Take care too Y/N"

Sorry it might have been a weird chapter. I was listening to TXT songs that played soft melodies so this idea just poured out all over the place.

Lets just say I root Beomgyu the most-im a biased author kids!

But honestly Idk how i wanna end this...
