"Do you think something else fell?" Eijirou asked as they all looked up at where the noise came from.
"Only one way to find out..." Katsuki replied. They all continued up the stairs.
~***~
Izuku and Shouto were about to go into another room when they heard the loud bang themselves.
"That somehow seemed louder," The greenette mentioned while looking up.
"Something might have fallen nearby in the attic," The candy-caned head replied nonchalantly, as if it wasn't even an issue.
They both decided to ignore it and step into the room. It looked like an old office, but the desk and almost all the books were missing. All that was left was an old tattered rug, and two shelves on either side of the room with only one or two books in each. The books looked damaged enough that one touch might break them, which might have been the reason they were left behind.
Izuku went straight to the window and pointed the camera at the glass. "I wonder if this is the office that that man threw himself out of," He wondered out loud.
"The window doesn't look like it. If a person threw themselves out, then there'd be a huge hole in it," Shouto responded while taking a good look at the glass.
"I read that it was one of the early incidents, and they put in a new window afterward."
"I guess that would explain it."
Izuku opened his mouth to respond, but a loud scream interrupted him.
"AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"
"Wasn't that Eijirou?!" He questioned in a panic.
"It sounded like it came from above us!" Shouto replied as they ran for the door.

Eijirou fell backwards onto the floor of the attic as his phone dropped down. The look of pure shock was on his face.
"Eijirou?!" Denki yelled, trying to get his attention.
Katsuki leaned down and shook his friend. "Hey! Snap out of it!"
The redhead shook his head, trying to get whatever just happened out of it. "I... I saw..."
"It's ok, take your time..." Denki tried to reassure.
The sound of footsteps running up the stairs started to get louder. The angry blonde got up and was getting ready for a fight, but relaxed a bit when he saw a familiar bi-colored hair peeking into the attic.
"What happened?!" Izuku yelled as he and Shouto got up there.
"That's what we want to know," Katsuki replied while looking back down at Eijirou, who was slowly picking up his phone while shaking.
"I... I was looking around the room," He began with a shaky voice. "A-and I pointed my ph-phone up to the ceiling when..." He paused to bring up the video he just recorded and showed right before he screamed.
~***~
The camera starts moving around the room trying to get as much detail as possible.
Denki: Hey, Katsuki! Look!
The camera turns to Denki holding an old pink dress with flowers and ribbons on it. It looked like it belonged to a bride's maid.
Denki: Won't you look pretty in this?
Katsuki stomps into frame, grabs the dress and shoves it over Denki's head.
Katsuki: Shut the f*ck up!
Eijirou: Ooh, language!
Katsuki: Shut up, or you're next!
Eijirou: Right, right, right...
Eijirou lets out a few more laughs before looking around the room some more. He started to pan the camera up, trying to get a good look at the architecture. As soon as he got to the ceiling, however, the figure of a corpse rotting away with a noose around its neck came into view.
Eijirou: AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!
The camera drops.
~***~
Eijirou turns off the video. He looked over and saw that his friends had gasped and took a step back when the corpse came into view.
"S-see...?" He said with a shaken breath.
The others looked up at the ceiling, but the corpse was nowhere to be found. Izuku even pointed his own camera at the ceiling and looked at the display, but there was nothing. Eijirou hit record on his phone again and tried to look at the spot, but the figure didn't reappear.
"O-Ok Mr. Everything-has-a-rational-explanation," Denki said looking at Shouto, "How do you explain that?!"
The bi-haired boy put his hand to his chin to think. "Most likely, it might have been a decoration of some sort, that probably fell down before we could look up again. Worst case scenario being it was an actual corpse."
"In case you haven't noticed," Katsuki jumped in. "We were standing right here. If it was real and it fell, we would've seen it. H*ll, given the positioning, it would've landed directly on top of Pikachu." Denki gapsed and took a step back.
"Ok, then how do you explain it?"
"Probably a trick of the light bouncing off a few mirrors or some sh*t."
"That was no trick of the light!" Eijriou defended.
Katsuki let out a sigh. "We can discuss theories later. Right now, let's just get back to the foyer."
They all began to nod, well all except for Izuku.
"I'm not going back just yet!" He told his friends. "I'm convinced that was a ghost of some sort! And I'm not going to rest until I catch one on film myself!"
"Dude, rest a bit, we've got all night," Denki assured while placing his hand on Izuku's shoulder.
"But-"
"Come on, you," Katsuki said as he grabbed one of the greenette's arms while Shouto grabbed the other. They both then started to drag Izuku with them, while the lightning head helped Eijirou.
~***~
They all sat down on their sleeping bags in the foyer and decided to talk about what happened so far. Izuku and Shouto mentioned the strange girl in the mirror, and they all talked about the banging. They still couldn't figure out what the heck that corpse was, but Izuku, Eijirou, and Denki all insisted it was an actual ghost.
Debated theories went left and right before all their lights suddenly turned off.

Thank you for reading. This is probably the last chapter I'll post before Christmas. Sorry to end it on a cliffhanger. But, by now you're probably used to it. I do it a lot. ^^;
Anyway, after this chapter, I'm going to give the book a mature warning. I mean, an actual corpse isn't exactly something you want little Timmy to be reading. (I don't know why a kid would be here in the first place, but whateves. :\ )
Hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you in the next chapter. ^^
