Hello everyone, LovebugOneOOne here, and thank you so much for reading this story! ^^
I, myself, have always been obsessed with the paranormal and would constantly watch YouTube videos with ghost sightings and a show called "The Haunted". That being said, there was a lot from both of these outlets that inspired parts of this story. For example, the girl in the mirror, the hanging corpse, the equipment catching on fire, and a character getting branded. Heck, even Izuku's whole inspiration for becoming a ghost hunter was based off an episode of that show. Ironically, it's the same episode that inspired the equipment catching on fire. There were other things that I wanted to incorporate, but never got a chance to, so there's plenty of material if I ever decide to continue.
Real quick, I did want to address a question one of my friends asked when I let her ready my outlines of the story. She asked me, "What is Inko's size?" To which I didn't really have an answer. ^^; When writing, I did imagine her bigger, but the whole reason she gained weight was because she felt guilty for what happened with Izuku not getting a quirk, and saying some unintentionally hurtful things. Of course, in a world without quirks, this wouldn't have happened. She could still get depressed from her husband dying, but due to having to go to work herself, that could still keep her weight down depending on the job. So... I'm leaving it up to audience interpretation. ^^; Let me know what you guys think she should be in this AU.
Last but not least, I do want to thank everyone who's read this story. Whether you enjoyed it or not, I'm glad you stuck around to read even a tiny bit. ^^ And for those who did enjoy, I'm glad I was able to make a story that you liked. ^^
