Matthew slammed the PlayStation controller down in frustration, taking his headset off he sat it down next to the controller before standing up to stretch. He went to the bathroom, keeping the lights off as he turned the sink of to brush his teeth. He kept his eyes on the sink, hearing noises outside he raised an eyebrow.
After washing up, and changing into some shorts and a wife beater, he slowly walked down the long staircase.
Turning the light switches on, he grabbed the coco puffs and milk,
"Friend!". Megan playfully shouted as Jonathan laughed, "Don't be dropping my shit". She said as she opened the front door.
Megan watched as the movers put her furniture around the living room. "Four come here baby". She shouted as the dog ran full sprint out the door.
Megan ran after her dog, "Four get back here!". She screamed. Matthew raised his eyebrow, walking to the front door he opened it only for the dog to run into the house.
Megan sighed, before slowly walking to stand in front of the stranger, Matthew breath was caught in his throat as he looked her over. "Hi, I'm Megan". She said sticking her hand out, Matthew stared at her hand before shyly putting her hand in his. "Matthew". He said as she smiled.
She attempted to look over his shoulder, "Um I'm sorry but could I come in for just a second". She said as he stepped back letting her inside.
She spotted her dog, laying on the middle of the floor, Megan walked over grabbing him off the floor. "I'm sorry, he's always running off somewhere". Megan said as Matthew smiled shyly. "I-it's fine, I'm gald you got him back. He'd probably attack me". He playfully joked as she giggled.
Matthew watched as she walked to the front door, his eyes wandering the neighborhood stopping at the moving van across the street. "I'll see you later Matthew, it was nice to meet you cutie". She said as his cheeks turned a rosy pink.
"B-bye Megan".
