Matthew sat up wincing in pain, he was currently trying to take his shirt off. "You need any help?". He heard the familiar voice, he could hear her giggling moments later. He gave up dropping his bruised arms to his side, "Yes". He said quietly, he closed his eyes the closer she got. He hated himself for being reckless, now he felt like a burden.
"Where are you going?". He blurted out his eyes looking over her outfit. She looked down smiling. "On a date". She softly said as his face fell. He was the only one supposed to be taking her on dates....
He tensed but soon relaxing feeling her soft hands on his back. "Here sit up I'll put pillows behind your back". She softly said helping him up. He looked her over, she gently took his shirt off. Gasping in shock, "I know I look and feel like death". He mumbled looking down at his purple body.
"What happened?". She asked as he avoided her gaze. She sighed, "It's fine, not my business".
Megan leaned forward gently touching them, he grabbed her hand interlocking their hands. She attempted to pull them free only for him to hold her tighter. "I'm not mad at you". He whispered as she gazed into his eyes. She shook her head ripping her hand from his. "I-I did something bad and your gonna hate me". She cried as his eyes softened.
"What's wrong baby?". He asked ignoring his slip up, who was he kidding she was gonna forever be his girl even if they weren't together. Tears ran down Megan's face as her heart sped up. "D-don't call me that". She choked out stepping away from his bed. She took a deep breath, "M-Majestic she's yours". She quietly said as he sat up.
He looked at her sadly, "I knew she was mines all along". He said as she pulled her hands away from her face.
"I know you did what you had to do, to protect her but if anyone should be angry it should be you, because I failed you as an protector". He whispered looking down at the needle in his arm. Megan gently wrapped her arms around his body. She closed her eyes feeling protected.
"I still love you, I hope you know that". He said by her ear. She pulled away gazing into his hazel green eyes. "I love you too". She softly said as he leaned forward molding her lips onto his. The door open, "Keep this PG - 13 I have a kid with me y'all". Jonathan playfully shouted as he held Majestic. Megan pulled away wiping her gloss off Matthew's lips.
"Look at my baby, ready for the date sweetie?". She asked excitedly, Matthew chuckled faintly. He was jealous over nothing, "Yes mommy look at what frand did". She said as Jonathan helped her stand. She shyly walked over to Megan. Twirling around Megan smiling brightly.
"You look so beautiful bean". She said as Majestic blushed. "T-thank you mommy, you beautiful too". She said hugging her mother's neck. Megan took a deep breath, "Frand could you give us a moment". She said as he nodded.
Megan stood up, Majestic holding onto her neck. She looked over gazing into Matthew eyes. "Majestic, r-remember I said your father loved you very much but we just couldn't see him then?". She asked as Majestic nodded. "B-but I know he loves us". Majestic mumbled playfully with Megan's hand.
Matthew sat up, his eyes never living the small child in her arms. "H-hi baby girl, I-I'm your father". He shuttered out as Majestic let out a loud shriek. She hopped out of Megan's arms throwing herself into Matthew. He ignored the pain wrapping his arms around her tightly.
"Y-your my daddy?". She softly asked pulling away. Matthew nodded, she looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Who hurt you daddy? Do they have you messed up?". She asked serious, Megan giggled as Matthew chuckled faintly.
