I smiled to myself. Today is Christmas. I glanced over at the clock on my wall. Realizing what time it was, around 11:30 am I quickly faced to look at myself in the mirror. I hadn't made a single sound so that I didn't wake up my sleeping boyfriend.

Sal was just three feet away from me passed out. His electric blue locks covering his mask-less face. I looked back at my reflection once more. Giving myself a slight smile as I had just put on a classic wool sweater in my favorite color and simplistic warm comfy leggings with some docs. I tried my best to creep out of the room as quietly as humanly possible. And surprisingly it worked.

I lightly shut the door to our shared room. And as soon as I did a began to walk my normal pace. Making my way up to Todd's study area. I smiled as I pulled out two gifts neatly wrapped in a pure crimson wrapping paper. Both having a small black sticker that say "To: Sal From: Y/N". Sal was a sweetheart but he couldn't help but let the curiosity eat at him. There's no way if you had left the gifts down under the tree all this time he wouldn't have begged you for hints and tried to feel the damn things up and guess to no end.

"Y/N" i heard his raspy voice speak. "Be right there"  I reply before rushing myself back down the stairs. I smiled to him as I saw him dumping out his stocking that had been placed on our tv stand but now was being ravaged by my impatient partner.

He had collected the small gifts I had stuffed in his stocking. Which complied up of new guitar picks all the way to new games for the gear boy. He smiled brightly. Looking at his face, his real true genuine face made me happy.

"Thank you babe!" He said with pure excitement. "Come here sally" I said with open arms. He did as told and laid his head on my chest as I ran my fingers through his blue hair. "We're not done yet darling" I lightly whispered to him "Y/N you didn't have to get me even more" I snaked my arm around him to touch his face. Lifting him up by the chin to be eye to eye with me. I gave him a smirk before planting my lips on his. I kissed him deeply rubbing my hands from the front of his torso.

He kissed back but I pulled away before it could get more intense than that. He let out a satisfied sigh from the affectionate action. I handed him his gift  and he ripped it open with ease. I began to make conversation with him as he was fixated on tearing the gift up. "I hope Todd n Neil are having a good Christmas with their parents." Sal nodded before speaking up again "too bad Lisa got that cold giving it to dad and Larry". "I know! It would have been rad to have larbear and the rest of the fisher gang here" I said jokingly.

He grinned before replying "sounds like it would have been perfect". He realized that he had fully unwrapped a long striped shirt that was black and white with the sanity's fall logo imprinted in the front of the shirt in bold black. "Thank you Y/N!". "I think it's your turn to open the ones I got you". I shook my head in disagreement before handing him his last present.

This time he didn't hesitate to begin to open it up. I stayed silent not to distract him from what he was doing. Upon opening it was just a white box before he lifted the lid of the box and threw it to the side. Nervously I fidgeted as he started down at the present. It was an exact replica of his prosthetic face with one small detail changed. It had a friendly smile.

When he looked up the tears that were swelling up in his eyes dropped and he immediately submerged his body into mine wrapping my body into his strong grip. Bringing my hand up I tucked a piece of his blue locks behind his ear and whispered "it's not nearly as perfect as your real smile" I said feeling him shiver as I burrowed my face into his neck.
