"now here's the start of our happy glasswork lesson!"
"yeah, let's make it crazy good!"
"spiky-kun, sen-kun, you're gonna end up breaking the pot if you keep pressuring it."
senku furiously mixed the substance in the burning pot while chrome poured in all the things they needed to make glass.
the leek haired boy wouldn't lie though, he felt his stamina drain faster than the speed of light, and he was sure by the time he was done with the whole glass making, he'd be even more of a twig.
hamuko stood beside senku, watching both of the boys have fun with their jobs respectively. senku had asked for her help earlier, though he had yet to give her a specific task.
suika went next to the burgundy haired girl and perked up when she saw some white substance coming out of the pot.
the little girl looked up to hamuko and questioned, "what's all this white and bubbly stuff coming out?"
the burgundy haired girl pursed her lips and placed her hand under her chin in thought, looking up to the sky to reminisce her memories.
"i think it's the foam that's created when obsidian is heated to it's boiling point?" she finally answered after a moment of silence.
"10 billion points to you, lazy ass! using this as an insulator, we can make a kiln in which we can use to shape the glass!" senku piped up from his spot, a lazy smile taking it's place on his face.
suika nodded in understandment, though she really did not get what they were saying at all, but it was better to agrre with what they were saying or, according to kohaku, if one were to ask what they were talking about, they'd go on a full three hour rant on said topic, and everything has to do with it.
"that's so cool!"
"yeah, it is! and if you go ahead and use these obsidians to build a rectangular structure on a flat surface with the ratio of 5 to 4, vertically, and you light the middle of it with fire, legend says it'll turn into a portal! isn't that cool?" hamuko grinned with a hint of sparkles in her eyes.
though in her mind, she felt the feeling of longing slowly creeping up to her. one thing she missed from her old life was all the games she played. from role-playing games to those rhythm games on her phones.
it was the only thing she missed from her past life.
hamuko felt her chest tighten, though she showed none of it on the outside, opting to give suika a big smile instead.
suika's watermelon eyes sparkled and she nodded enthusiastically, holding the both of her fists to show her excitement.
"that's sounds so cool!" the girl said.
