The door of the castle opens in front of us and Han is the first one to enter the building. Finn and I follow him closely, our steps gentle on the icy cold stone. Music starts to play from the interior and even though Han told us not to stare, I cannot help it. Finn is as amazed as I am and we both look at the full cantina in front of us. Different species of aliens are all gathered around the tables, eating, drinking, playing different games, arguing and negotiating. We try to make our way around all these people till we are in the middle of the cantina. I wasn't expecting it to be so... full. Han indicates a place for me and Finn and he tries to reach a small orange-skinned alien. That is until the alien notices Han and she smiles.

"Han Solo!"

The whole cantina turns to look at Han. The silence here makes me gulp and Finn takes my hand. That simple gesture would have made me furious but now I have grown to like it and accept it.

"Oh boy..." We hear Han mutter for himself. "Hey, Maz!" He then shouts while waving a little. The cantina is back at its lousiness and the little alien makes its way through the crowd till it reaches us.

"Where's my boyfriend?" She asks Han. He sighs.

What boyfriend? Finn and I exchange a confused look.

"Chewie's working on the Falcon." Han explains while looking at us.

That makes so much more sense.

"I like that Wookie. I assume you need something. Desperately. Let's get to it." She says while guiding us to a separate table. It seems a little more comfortable than the rest, probably reserved for special guests, like us. She quickly fetches different kind of food, I'm not really sure what, since all I've ever eaten was some bread and green meat. Han starts to explain the situation to her but I do not pay attention and neither does Finn. We are too busy eating everything that we can find. I pick up a fruit and I examine it. I taste it a little and I am filled with a sweet taste. I look at it again, ten I shove it in my mouth, not caring about whether people see me while doing so or not. Finn is also surprised as the filling expands in his mouth. We smile at each other and we continue to mind our business, just as Han and Maz do. I also have the time to study the weapon that Han gave me. I take it out of the bag and I look at its every feature. Han had told me that it was a little bit more that pulling the trigger, which got me intrigued. Now, after studying the weapon, I realize why Han said what he said. It has a safety measure. I put the gun back in my bag and I carry on with eating. At the end of the conversation, when I am also paying attention, Maz seems both surprised and pleased.

"A map? To Skywalker himself? You're right back in the mess!" She states amused.

"Maz, I need you to get this droid to Leia." Han begs. Maz does some thinking, but then she shakes her head negatively.

"No."

I look at her confused. The orange-skinned alien seems to know how mess with your head and her not wanting is exactly what Finn expected. I should've believed him. Han also seems surprised with her answer but also doesn't betray any emotion.

"You've been running away from this fight for too long. Han, nyakee nago wadda. Go home!" She explains. Han gets comfortable in his seat.

"Leia doesn't want to see me."

"Please, we came here for your help." Finn says.

"What fight?" I find myself asking. Maz turns her head to me and her amused look transforms in a much more serious one. This is the first time I see her fully understanding our situation.

"The only fight. Against the dark side. Through the ages, I've seen evil take many forms. The Sith. The Empire. Today, it is the First Order. Their shadow is spreading across the galaxy. We must face them. Fight them. All of us." She explains. Her speech is so powerful that I get chills from it. Finn seems disturbed and also not convinced, so he leans over the table so we can her his whisper.
