Rythian adjusted his face-mask to his liking with one hand as he steered his beloved ship the Enderbane with the other. He smiled as a gentle breeze blew passed him, the whistling of the wind and the creaking of the ship was like gentle music to his ears.

There were solid thuds as his first mate, Tee(p)(who was actually a dinosaur), clambered up the stairs and to the ship's deck. The dinosaur had willingly joined the sky pirate's crew after being pulled out of the pits of Blackrock. Seeing the dinosaur in the bloody fighting pits saddened the sky pirate, so he bought him his freedom and willingly welcomed the dinosaur to his crew; he was grateful for that stroke of fate. Tee(p) turned out to be one of the best shots with a gun that Rythian had ever seen.

The sky pirate was suddenly pulled out of his reminiscence as the dinosaur gave him a soft tap on the shoulder pointing to a ship in the distance. He had been rendered mute because of the injuries he had sustained from one of the fights in the pits.

"Tee(p) get the hooks ready."

Tee(p) nodded as rushed below the deck of the ship. Rythian gently trimmed its course pointing it North towards the trailing ship.

"Full sails." He called up to the rigging.

The jet-black sails unfurled as it was pulled by the spell of Rythian's invisible magic. It had taken him much time to research the archives of Blackrock for the correct spells that allowed him to sail a ship without a living crew. The pirate preferred to be alone, with the exception of Tee(p) the ship was deserted. As the ship's sails caught the tailwinds, it increased its speed dramatically and almost immediately caught up with the trailing ship.

As the Enderbane got close Rythian felt something was wrong. "Tee(p), doesn't that ship look a bit..odd to you?"

Indeed it looked strange to the dinosaur, the ship was flying very poorly.

"It seems that this might become a rescue instead of a robbery."

It was one of the reasons why Tee(p) joined his crew: Rythian was one of the kindest pirates he had ever seen. The pirate would just take a ship's cargo and lets it go peacefully on their way afterwards; most pirates would cripple the ship and watch it spiral down to crash into the clouds below. Rythian on the other hand always keeps his word and doesn't hesitate to help a ship in danger of crashing.

The ship they had been following was now right beside them, and the details were clearly visible. It was a merchant, or at least it was; it looked too old to fly now, the worn out planks were filled with barnacles, the deck was filled with moss and the sails had patches everywhere.

Barry the Second that's a peculiar name for a ship, is someone important flying this ship? Rythian asked himself.

"Trim the sails, prepare to board."

Tee(p) pulled a lever that launched several hooks at the ancient ship and tugged the ship towards the Enderbane.

Rythian hopped aboard the ship and felt the wood struggle to his weight, every step he took there was a loud creak as the wood struggled to hold his weight. As he entered the cabin, the first thing to notice was the massive amount of the growth of fungus covering the cabin.

"Excuse me, but who are you and what are you doing on my ship?" said a voice behind him.

Rythians turns to find a girl just about his age with hair as red as crimson wearing a red scarf that matched her hair with short, white shirt that left her navel exposed and short, brown pants that was kept up but a belt with a golden buckle with a mushroom on it.

"Ehm...I'm Rythian...why do you have a bag full of mushrooms?" Rythian points to the bag.

"Oh! this is where I keep my friends." The girls takes out a few mushrooms "This is Barry a-"

The girl was interrupted when the ship suddenly tilts to starboard side and begins to fall, the engines had failed and no longer kept the ship afloat. The pirate immediately pulled the (somewhat crazy) girl to the ship's deck. The ship's mainmast snapped into two and fell unto the deck leaving an explosion of splintered wood.

Rythian then throws the girl to his ship and makes a jump to his ship.

As the pirate made it to the Enderbane suddenly tilts to the side throwing him overboard.

"Zoey Proasheck to the rescue!" Shouts the girl.

The red haired girl suddenly dives for him, catches him by the hand and pulls him unto the deck.

Ryhtian then tells Teep to cut the ropes. The Enderbane immediately put itself upright when the ropes were cut.

"Thank you for saving me, I owe you one big favour." Rythian says as he picks himself up.

The three peered over the railing to see Barry the Second spiral down into the depths of the white, fluffy clouds.
