I walk into the theater room with Hazel who was going to make sure all the lights were set up properly since she knows all about them. "Okay, people, let's do this!"I looked at Ricky trying to contain my laugh. Everyone was laughing at him but I was trying to be nice person that didn't laugh. "Wait, what's funny?" He shake his head to the side making the blonde wig follow. He gave Carlos a funny wink. Ricky made his way towards me with a smile on his face. "Your also laughing at me?" I tried to keep a serious face faling. "Me? No." I shove his shoulder playfully.

"Good moning, Gina." She laughs making her way towards Ricky and I walk away from them. "Pretty good, right?" She high fives him. "Troy, you look the best." She holds his hand pulling it towards her chest. "Thank you. I try." I roll my eyes. "You are clearly jelous and burning hole into her skull." I look at Hazel with a serious face. "I am not jelous." Hazel replies with a mhm. I look down at my phone seeing a text message from Travis. He had send me a picture of when we were younger and I slamend his head into a cake.

"I can't look at Ricky. Is that a problem?" Everyone laugh at Nini's comment. Ugh great I comepletely forgot not only I have to deal with Gina but also Nini the ex. "Okay, let's take a five."

"Hey, Carlos since we are taking a five could I practice something really quick?" He look around seeing everyone chating. "Yeah that's fine." I walk towards Hazel giving her my phone and telling her to play I care. I stood in the middle of the stage giving her thumbs up. Once the music started playing everyone turn to look at me.

I stayed on the floor catching my breath. People started clapping which cause me to look up. "Wow, is that how you really feel?" I laugh at Carlos comment while he also helped me back up. "Is it good? I need to teach it to my eight period class." Carlos gave a look of shut up you know you did amazing. He gave a hug going to get everyone ready to take the photos again. I saw Ricky talking to Big Red he seem mad. "You didn't think to tell me?" I drink my water making it seem like I wasn't listening. "Tell you what exactly?" He pull out his phone showing him something.

"Look it happened last nigh and you can't blame her for dancing with someone else when you left her." One point for Red and zero for Ricky. "I apologized last night but who's the guy?" Big Red smiled shaking his head. "Its Travis the singer you secretly hear and he's best friends with her and not only that they used to be dance partners in middle school." Ricky look kind of jealous of me being friends with Travis. "Hey." I look away from them seeing Nini and Kourtney in front of me. "Oh, hey." I smile at them both. "Listen what you did just a few minutes ago was killer. Can I borrow your energy sometime?"

I force a smile keeping an eye on Ricky. "Thank you. And if you need my energy just drink a lot of coffee and water." She let a chuckle out. "We saw a video of you dancing with Travis on Instagram. I loved every second of it." I make eye contact with Ricky turning around to look at Kourtney. "Oh, yeah. He used to be my dance partner plus were good old best friends." I see Carlos walk out frustrated. "Excuse me." I grab my phone from my bag making my way towards Carlos.

"Oh, my god!" I stop a few feet away from them leaning on the wall and pretending like I'm on my phone. "Keep your voice down, honey." Miss Jenn tries to whisper but I can still hear her. "What happened?" Miss Jenn look around to see if anyone was looking or hearing anything. "I.. Carlos, I may have exaggerated one or two credits on my resume. Principal Gutierrez is a little too literal for my taste, but here we are." Carlos look confuse looking down at the box. "Where's "here"?"

"The important thing is that you keep this train on the tracks. Hopefully, all will be cleared up when I sit before the school board tomorrow, okay?" She gave Carlos a small smile. "Wait, what?" She ignored what he said. "Keep rehearsal on after school today and don't speak a word of this to anyone. In the theater, morale is everything." The principal walk towards them. "Miss Jenn, if you would." Sometimes even I hated the principal he would give you so many reasons to. "Miss Jenn, wait!" She turn around to give him a reassuring look. "Trust the process." I walk away making my way back to the theater to grab my bag.
