Many hours later, I went and stopped by to see Wendy and she was with Gemma, Thomas, and Abel. It was at least 7:30, about the time Abel was going to get in bed, and Thomas was out cold when I got there.

"Where's Jax?" Gemma asked as I walked in and sat down on the couch.

"Work." I said looking at Wendy as she was going to put Abel to bed.

"Wendy. Where's my daddy?" Abel asked.

"He's gonna be coming. I promise."

"I want daddy and her to put me to bed." Abel said pointing to me.

"Daddy's not going to be here till late buddy."

My phone started buzzing and it was Jax.

"Hey Abel, this is your daddy. I'm gonna see where he is ok?"

Wendy looked at me and smiled as she picked up Abel and sat on her chair as Gemma said goodbye to Wendy and waved to me as she walked out, and I answered the phone.

"Kyana. Where are you?" Jax asked.

"I'm at Wendy's. Abel wants you."

"Ok, I'm not that far from there then. Give me like three minutes."

"Ok. Hurry though. Abel's tired."

"I will." He said hanging up.

"What did he say?" Wendy asked.

"He's on his way. Is it ok if Abel stays up just a two minutes extra?" I laughed.

"Yes." She smiled as she kissed Abel on the head as Jax knocked on the door and walked in.

"Sorry I'm late," He panted, "Shit went down."

"Sons?" Wendy asked.

"Yep."

"Well, Abel's been waiting for you." She smiled as she let Abel off her lap.

"Before that," He sighed and looked at Wendy as he picked up Abel, "Hey buddy."

"Hi daddy." Abel said as Jax sat down next to me on the couch as me and Wendy looked at Jax with confusion.

"I have something to explain," Jax softly said to Abel, "and I want you to try to understand what I'm going to say, ok?"

"Ok."

"Now, you know how I said that your mommy was the same mommy as Thomas's right?"

"Yeah."

"Well, you and Tommy are diffrent from one another, ok. See Wendy over there." Jax said pointing to Wendy.

"Yeah."

"Well, Wendy, is actually your real mommy."

Abel turned his head and looked at Wendy and Wendy's eyes were full of tears as she smiled at Abel, "Hey buddy."

"Do you understand this Abel?"

"Yes."

"Ok. And if you have any questions, you can ask me or mommy ok?"

"Ok."

"Do you have any?"

"No."

"Ok, but know, me and mommy will be here to answer questions for you. Now you go get in bed and I'll be there in a minute."

"Bring her too." He said pointing to me.

"Ok, I will."

Abel walked back into his room as Wendy wiped her eyes and looked at Jax, "Thank you. But you could've warned me before you know?"
