Living a fairytale

Chapter 1

Katniss POV

"Katniss it's time for you to get up for your first day of school!", yells my dad.
I had just turned five in July and it was the day I go to my new school. I was born in district 12 but my parents dicided to move to the capital. My mom puts my hair into two braids and she puts me in a red dress. She packs my lunch and we head out the door.

Later at school........

Peeta POV
"Daddy come on we are going to be late for school!" My dad comes into the car and starts the car. He smiles and says "Alright my boy you know that you should be patient and that you should respect women but you are right we don't want you to be late." We smile and laugh.

"Alright class who would like to go first for show in tale." says our teacher. I'm about to raise my hand when girl right in front of me raises her hand. The teacher nods and tells her to stand on the stool and give her presentation. She was beautiful standing there in her red dress with her two braids, I wonder what her name is. She starts to sing and I swear the whole world went silent her voice was so perfect every time she hit a note. And just like that I knew I was in love with her the moment she raised her hand and sang.

Katniss POV

As I was walking down the hallway I felt a tap on my shoulder I turned around to see a cute boy standing in front of me. He had blue eyes so clear just like the ocean his hair was blonde but with a little mix of brown to make it look like dirty blonde his skin looked soft and looked naturally tanned.

"Hi I'm Peeta ummm I was wondering if I can sit with you at lunch wait do you have coodies?"

"No I don't have coodies and sure you can sit with me at lunch as long as if you don't have coodies either." He smiled and said "No I don't have coodies."

"My name is Katniss by the way, Katniss Everdeen."

"I'm Peeta Mellark." "Well then let's go to lunch shall we"

We both laughed and walked to the cafeteria.

"Bye Peeta!"
"Bye Katniss see you tomorrow!",says Peeta.
My mom waved and smiled at Peeta's dad and he also waved backed. "So how was your first day." she asked. "It was so much fun I met this boy named Peeta and we ate lunch together and he is so nice and guess what we're best friends." I say with excitement. my mom smiled and said, " that's nice to hear sweetie we get home I need you to do your homework and dinner for you okay?", "Okay mommy."

Peeta POV

"Oh son how was school today?",asked dad.

"It was so much fun I met this girl named Katniss and me and her are best friends and guess what I think I'm in love with her as soon as she started to sing I swear the whole world stopped to listen Dad do you know what love feels like?"
"Did your heart skipped a beat?"
"Yes why?"
"My boy you're in love with this girl."
Wow I thought to myself I'm in love.

Katniss POV

Months had passed by ever since me and Peeta been best friends we also have a new friend named Finnick he acts so weird and gay. Peeta told me that he calls him babe or honey but hey I think it's cool. He told us he has a deep crush on this girl named Anne. Right now we are in Peeta's dad bakery watching him and his dad make bread. The way that Peeta's muscles move every time he neads the bread. After the bread was baked we eat it. And let me tell you Peeta's bread is the best. I look at Finnick and them look at Peeta yup I can see us already in High school and college together. And I see our life is going to be fun bumpy ride.

Btw I'm 13 going on 14 next year there will be a lot of sexual or romantic scenes later on in this book. Trust I'm very specific on books and chapters.
