"May, wake up!" I nudged May awake.

"Huh, what?" May looked around.

"May, we're here! You gotta get up!" I nudged May more forcefully.

"Oh, okay!" My sapphire-eyed rival stretched and got out of the aisle. She opened the overhead compartment, but her suitcase was missing.

"Hey! Where did my suitcase go?" May asked.

I smirked. "I have it, you moron." May turned around, about to follow through with a punch. It had a one-way ticket to my face, but it was stopped.

"Sheesh, I was kidding. You're not a moron....... yet." I put a huge emphasis on the last word.

"Drew!!!" She closed the compartment and I handed her the suitcase. I got my suitcase out and pulled it along behind me. I glanced back, making sure my rival was behind me. She was, and we got out of the plane, entering the airport. We looked around for a while through some stores, and then we headed outside."

"Hey, should I call a taxi?" I asked. "May?"

She didn't hear me. Some girl I saw before, what was her name? Brianna? Well, Brianna was talking to May. Then the pink-haired girl came over to me, saying a shy hi to me. I simply said, "Hi, Brianna."

Brianna looked up eagerly at me. "You even remembered my name, Drew? I must be really special!" Brianna jumped once.

"Well, I think we should call a taxi," I whispered to May.

"Oh yeah." May whispered back.

"May, are you going for the Blackthorn City Contest?" Brianna asked sweetly.

"Uh, yeah. How about you?" May asked. While Brianna wasn't looking, May mouthed "Help" to me. I nodded and began to formulate a plan in my mind.

Brianna nodded. "What 'bout you, Drew? Are you competing?"

"Yeah. I'm thinking about it. I probably will compete." I simply shrugged.

I unlocked my cell phone and got a taxi number. I called it up, and the taxi came in ten minutes.

"Well, Brianna, nice talking to you!" May waved.

"Wait, May, I have to tell you something important!" Brianna motioned.

I didn't hear what they said, but whatever Brianna said, it sorta made May upset.

Brianna walked over to a bus and waved to me. I waved back reluctantly and let May get into the taxi first. I got in after her and shut the door.

May had a worried look on her face. I immediately told the driver the name of May's hotel, which fortunately happened to be the same hotel I was in.

I put my arm around May's shoulder. She looked up from her daze.

"What did she say? May, I know you don't usually feel like this....." My voice trailed off.

May's P.O.V.

"Well, she did say that I shouldn't get so close to you, and that she will be watching me every time I'm with you."

"Talk 'bout a stalker." Drew blinked.

"You're right 'bout that." I shrugged.

"Yeah. We're at the hotel, you idiot. Come on!" Drew joked. My green-haired rival gave the taxi driver his money and a tip and got out. He helped me get my suitcase out and got his suitcase out. We rolled our suitcases into the beautiful lobby. And guess who we saw there? Harley........ and Brianna. This is not amazingly great.

I exhaled loudly. Drew knew what I was feeling and nodded back. He didn't like the situation we were in either. We simply said hi to both. Harley tried to follow us, but I gave him a kick in a place that a guy should never be kicked in.

I never do that, but this time I had some stress. The next couple of days will require Arceus's grace to be on me.

A day later.....

I think Harley has learned and he's kept his distance from me.

As for Brianna............. I honestly don't know. She gives me death glares. I keep my distance, and whenever she wants to talk to me, I give an excuse.

I did some good training with Beautifly. It does a familiar combination of Silver Wind and String Shot in a spin. So I'll be good to go.

I think.
