YOU were currently sitting on your big, soft couch in your living room. your ass sat at the edge of the couch—nearly falling and your foot tapping rapidly on the floor in anxious.

the ticking sound from the clock on your wall wasn't helping at all because it made you felt more restless than before. the uneasy beating in your heart was louder than any noise you could hear at that moment.

your fingers unconsciously made its way to play with the hem of your hoodie strings as negative perceptions began to cloud in your small brain. of course, it was normal to feel tense, horrified or any other emotions that suitable at that time. it was your lovely adorable crush anyway and the fact that he was going to visit you—alone in your house really didn't help your distressed feeling.

glancing up at the clock, it was already past half an hour and you just realized that kageyama could come at any moment. you let out a big sighed as your long slender fingers ran through your tangled hair, gripping it and firmly tugging it to ease the tension that slowly building inside you.

"come on, [name]. you just need to calm your tits down. its just kageyama. its not like you would jump at him the moment you see him," you mumbled in a low voice under your breath.

in order to calm your nerves for a minute, while waiting for kageyama to show up, you leaned your body on the couch and your arms gently placed on your stomach. your eyelids were getting heavier by any seconds, it basically screamed and begged to be close.

but, you quickly shot back up, hands tapping aggressively on your cheek to prevent from sleeping. if you felt asleep, there was no way in hell you were going to open the damned door because you really couldn't deal with people who disturbed your sleep whether it was your crush or not.

after a few minutes had passed, busy slapping and rubbing your face, a soft 'ding' echoed through your house, alarming you that Kageyama had arrived. eyes widening, you promptly shot up straight from your sitting position.

you hastily dragged your feet towards your door and peeking through the small hole on the door. the moment your eyes were locked with his beautiful features—his perfect small nose, his nice kissable lips. your lips unintentionally let out a gasped.

"fuck. he's too ethereal. i cant do this. mom, im losing my shit." you slowly backing away from the door.

and as usual, luck was not on your side. you clumsily stepped on your feet and managed to fall on your ass hard. you were so sure kageyama could hear that.

"[name]! are you okay?" kageyama yelled in a concerned tone behind your closed door.

eyes widening, you immediately stand up. "yeah, im fine! dont worry."

your feet swiftly made it way back towards your door. you took in a deep breath as your hand grabbed the doorknob.

when it had opened, you were greeted by a fidgety kageyama, standing in front of your door while holding your food in his hands.

"hey," he grumbled softly. so soft that only you could hear it.

"yo."

"here. eat this." he held out a plastic bag containing your food in it. "next time, dont disturb anyone again."

"but, you're the one who suddenly said wanted to buy my food," you replied, hands grabbing the straps of the plastic as your fingers slightly brushed against his.

suddenly, you could feel some sparks that made your breath hitched but you still managed to calm your ass and successfully grabbed your food. you looked up to meet his gaze, to search some sort of expressions, if he was feeling that too. but he just too dumb and dense sometimes.

"shut up, dumbass! im just doing you a favor. there's no next time. like hell im doing it again," he rambled as his cheeks turned pink.

you laughed at his cuteness as you mentally scolded yourself to hold your shits together and restrained yourself from jumping on him and attacked him with kisses.

"Okay, okay. thanks, i guess."

he let out a huffed, "you better be. anyway, im going back now." he turned his body to walk away from you.

"what? so soon? and here i thought i could convince you to be my fuck buddy in my house."

his body quickly snapped in your direction again and began to reply to you in a stuttering mess. "w-what are you talking about, dumbass! ugh, im leaving."

you let out a laugh as you watched him walked away from your neighborhood. as soon as his tall figure faded away from your view, a 'ting' heard from your phone, signaling someone was giving you a message.

you smile widely when you read the message.
