Snow fell on the cabins roof on along with small ice patches. While the outdoors was absolutely freezing the indoors was filled with warmth of the fire and family love. While the family was reconnecting with one another Mal sat in the deserted living room reading the book Little Woman on the couch. She wasn't even on the hundredth page but already wanted characters together!

So Mal was comfortable as she lounged on the couch she were a black top with a purple and black plaid skirt and heels that's tied. Her hair was in a pony tail with a purple bow and to add to her look some light makeup. She also had white nails and one black painted nail, her pointer finger. A perfect outfit if you asked her.

"Now what are doing all the way back here?" She looked up from the pages to see her boyfriend in a blue sweater and jeans with his arms crossed.

"You know just reading."

"I don't recall inviting you with us to read, but to socialize and actually meet some of my family."

"I already know that your shorter then your older cousin. He's like six foot and your only five nine correct?"

"I wouldn't be talking five two." He said crossing his arms.

"Pardon you?" Mal said standing. "Five two isn't that short." She said walking to him.

"Neither is five nine."

Mal held her book close to her chest as she stared up into his hazel eyes as he smirked at her.

"We can either keep debating on something I'll win or you can go meet my cousins. Your move."

"I don't really wanna see the hope drain from your eyes as I win, so I suppose I will."

"Don't flatter yourself."

"I could say the same to you."

Ben simple rolled his eyes as Mal smiled as him. Mal held his hand gripping her book as he lead her downstairs, the basement, where the teens and younger were at.

"Ben this must be the girl you don't shut up about, hm?" Said one male cousin who were a black shirt and jeans. Jeans must of been a theme with the male population here. The boy had black hair and blue eyes with a tan complexion.

"For your information, Conner, I don't talk about her all the time I'm not a girl." Ben answered.

"What's that supposed to mean Ben?" Asked a female cousin with a red dress on that had fuzzy sleeves at the end and knee black boots. Her hair was blonde and simple done down with light makeup only a girl would notice, and to add she had blue eyes as well.

"Okay Lizzie did you and Conner plan this?"

"We are twins after all. Double the trouble." Lizzie answered. She then looked at me and smiled. "Come on down guys! The little ones are in the play room right now with Josephine." She told Ben.

"How old is she? Shouldn't she be with the teens?" Mal asked as her and Ben sat down together.

"Well right now she's twelve and a Star Wars fan so she wouldn't have much in common with us. Plus, one of our baby cousins, Belle's sister Elizabeth's son's daughter, also loves the movies and she's only four so she has that."

"Oh."
