Wait. Is this real?
I want to pinch myself, while I'm looking petrified at the man in front of me.
It's him.
I found him. Again.
Our gaze stays locked, as none of us seem able to take his eyes off.
He stares at me darkly. Shock obvious plastered on his face, but soon changes into something different.
Dangerous and dominant. Making my legs weak and my heart accelerate.
He gives me a once over, until his eyes fell on our holding hands.
I unintentionally squeeze Isaac's hand, feeling the danger radiating from him.
He sees my move and clenches his jaw.
Fuck.
He is mad.
I gulp nervously and even though I want to, I can't stop myself from glancing at him.
He is so handsome.
Exactly like the last time I saw him. With his dark clothes and jewelry.
A fallen angel.
''Well, well...it took you long enough.''
The voice brings me out of my thoughts.
I look at the pale guy in the middle. He is the one from the garage.
Isaac clicks his tongue, before he spats annoyed. ''Let's get over with this.''
''What's with the hurry? Don't you miss me, brother?''
My jaw falls on the floor and I turn my head to him.
What the hell?
I can feel Isaac tensing, but he doesn't show any emotion.
''Just give me the stuff Brody'' he says, clearly losing his patience.
''Fine.'' The other one responds with a sarcastic smile on his face.
He takes a small package and handed to him.
''You've never brought a girl before. I guess you must be someone special.''
I feel his gaze and look away, hoping he doesn't recognize me.
Isaac puts the package in his back pocket and turns to me.
Opening the zipper of his jacket, I'm currently wearing, he takes a roll of cash and throws it to him.
He catches it, with a slight smirk on his face.
''Can I trust you?''
Isaac shrugs his shoulders giving him a challenging look.
''I don't know, can you? I mean we are family after all right?''
I sense the irony and so does the other guy.
''Which means I should probably count them.''
Not knowing what to do I keep my eyes on the floor. It takes everything in me not to look up, pretty sure Jackson's eyes are still one me.
I can feel his intense stare and I inevitably search for him.
Bad move.
His eyes are darker than ever, glued not only to me, but on the man beside me.
Isaac seems to catch his gaze and gives him a small smirk.
''Hello to you too Jack.''
Shit they know each other.
