Two weeks had passed and I stared at everyone who was shuffling in the house back and forth since an hour ago.

Do I know why? No.

Do I want to know? Maybe, but they looked too busy to even entertain me so all I could do was watch them. Even Jeonghee who is usually relaxed, seemed more... anxious?

All I knew was that the moment I was awake, everybody were working extremely harder than usual and then now here I am, watching people walk past me. Oh, and I realised I've never spot Jeonghan once ever since I woke up.

"Can anybody enlighten me on what's going on?" I hinted Seokmin who had walk past me but all he could reply was, "Sorry, Aera! Not right now."

I groaned inwardly from his response and decided to head back into my room to kill time. However, not even thirty minutes had passed and I was already back to feeling sleepy. To be fair, I didn't had much sleep last night. With a stretch and a yawn, I could feel my eyelids getting heavier and my vision getting blurrier as time goes by.

A little nap wouldn't hurt. I told myself as I peacefully rested my head against the soft pillows. Letting myself cosy into the cold and soft sheets of my bed. One thing for sure is that most of the rooms were almost sound-proof. I finally let my eyes rest, and that's when the darkness engulfs me.

5:33PM.

"Aera," I could hear someone calling for my name. The voice sounded familiar but I couldn't mete out who he is. "Aera, wake up." There it is again.

I felt a light shake on my body and shoved his hand away from my shoulders. "Feisty," he says with a chuckle and I instantly flutter my eyes opened. Beside me was a crouching Minghao, and I pulled the blanket all the way to my face in embarrassment. "Come on now. You need to get ready." he says and abruptly pulled my blanket away from my hands.

"Ready for what?" I bob my head to the right in confusion.

"Oh, right. We have an important meeting with some people today." he explained as I got up from my bed. "Jeonghee had everything prepared for you. Dress, shoes and all the girl stuff." Minghao pointed at the dressing table filled with make up and a wrapped up box at the side.

"Thanks, I guess?" I walked towards the dressing table, still slightly confused. "Is that why you guys were so busy today?" I looked back up at Minghao.

"Yeah, it's kind of complicated. Jeonghan will explain it to you later." he rubs his nape sheepishly. "Okay, I'll leave you to it. Try to be ready at 8." he finalised and left my room.

I was still a little dumbfounded, but regardless, I did as I was told. I walked over to the box and unwrapped it, only to see a beautiful and elegant off-shoulder light blue dress. I carefully lift it up and my mouth gaped opened in awe. There is also a pair of simple white heels beside the box. I quickly snapped out of my trance and started to put on some light make up and style my hair.

7:47PM.

"Hey, Aera? Are you ready? The guys are done." Jeonghee knocked on my door as I was putting on my necklace.

"Almost!" I exclaimed, trying to hook my necklace together. The door creaked opened and I tilt my head towards the door, revealing a speechless Jeonghee as she eyes me from head to toe.

"Holy fuck," Jeonghee managed to breathe out. "You are so fucking gorgeous." she gushed, her eyes sparkling.

"I should be the one thanking you. You chose the dress." I said, my voice filled with appreciation.

"I knew blue would fit you." she winked at me playfully and I chuckled, until I realised Jeonghee isn't dressed for the dinner.

"You're not coming along?" I asked, sounding a little disappointed.
