The plan

Throughout school I kept looking for RM, the one who supposedly had fire powers. I didn't know what he looked like so I was listening for his name, and just randomly guessing from a crowd.

I was the last one out of school at the end of the day, and Suga, Jungkook, Tae and J-hope were all waiting for me. We started walking and coming up with a plan on the way.
"Do we even have a plan yet?" Jungkook asked as we walked towards the address we had for RM. It had been 10 minutes and we still had nothing.
"How about we show him our powers, so he knows who we are" Tae suggested.
"But what if we have the wrong person?" I countered.

"We could just let y/n read their mind and see if they have powers" Suga said.
"I still think it's a little invasive" J-hope mumbled.
"That's plan B then, only in emergencies" I assured him.

"We could scare him into using his powers" Jungkook suggested.
"Scare him?" Tae asked, giving Jungkook a look.
"Yeah, that's how I found mine" he replied.
"Who scared you?" I asked.
"My boyfriend" Jungkook said, pointing at Tae.
"It was an accident!" Tae responded defensively.

"Doesn't matter, I'm happy that I got my powers" Jungkook said, putting his arm around Tae.
"How did you guys discover your powers? We could use that" he added.
"You want to use anger to get him to show his powers?" Suga asked.
"You got yours through anger?" Jungkook questioned.
"Yep" Suga responded.

"I got mine by being near animals" J-hope said.
"So we should get him near fire" I concluded.
"Anyone have a lighter?" Suga asked.
"I do" J-hope said.
"Why do you have a lighter?" Tae asked.
"Safety reasons" he replied, pulling it out of his pocket.

"What about you y/n?" Jungkook asked.
"What?" I questioned.
"How did you find your powers?" He asked.
"I don't know, it was when I met Suga that I found them" I told him.
"That was when you first got them?" Suga asked and I nodded.

He looked as though he was going to say more but he got interrupted,
"This is it" Jungkook said, pointing to a big house to our left.
"You think he's in?" I asked.
"Oh I definitely think so" Suga said, looking in the window.

Inside the house was three boys, all standing in a circle around a glowing light, which I could only guess to be made by powers.
