Chapter Seven

Luke: (pulls her over the console so she's straddling him.)(they make out for awhile)

Scarlet: Luke.

Luke: (in between kisses) What?

Scarlet: (pulls away a bit) Noah will start to wonder- (Luke pulls her to him and kisses her some more)

Luke: 5 more minutes.

Scarlet: No. (goes back onto her side of the car)

Luke: (groans) You're no fun.

Scarlet: (laughs when she sees him) Uh, (giggles) You might want to wipe that off. (holds out her phone's camera and shows him the lipstick marks on his neck and lips)

Luke: (smiles) Scarlet. Man, why didn't you tell me before we started making out?

Scarlet: (kisses him on the nose) I thought I'd be funny to see your reaction.

Luke: Come here (pulls her to him and gives her a bear hug)

Scarlet: (pulls out a makeup wipe and gives it to him) Is this the second time that you've needed a makeup wipe?

Luke: Every little bit is worth it.

Scarlet: (pulls open a mirror to fix her hair and finds a hickey on the side of her neck) Luke!

Luke: What? (looks over at her)(sees the hickey)(smiles evily)

Scarlet: How am I gonna hide this from Noah?

Luke: Sorry.

Scarlet: I guess I'll just have to make sure my hair covers it for now until we get home.

Luke: I really am sorry.

Scarlet: I'm not. (laughs) Let's go.

Luke: (puts the car in drive and they arrive to the hideout shortly)

Scarlet: (gets out of the car and takes some bags)(Luke gets out and takes the bags from her)

Luke: What do you think you're doing?

Scarlet: What do you think you're doing?

Luke: Helping my fair lady out.

Scarlet: (laughs) Shut up. (they walk into the hideout)

(Noah is makeing out with a girl on the couch)

Scarlet: (backs out really fast)

Luke: (drops the bags) Ow.

Noah: (sees Scarlet and pushes the other girl off him) Scarlet! Sorry sorry!

Scarlet: (laughs) You're fine.

Noah: (turns to the girl) You should leave.

Girl: Whatever asshole. (grabs her purse and walks out)

Noah: (blushing) I'm really sorry about that.

Scarlet: Don't be. (Luke walks with her to bring the bags to her room)(She closes the door) Thank you for today.

Luke: Anytime. (kisses her)(she kisses back)

Scarlet: (ends the kiss) We can't when Noah's around.

Luke: You're right. (pauses) I gotta go get ready for the fight club tonight. (he walks out)

(Scarlet walks out and sits on the couch with Noah)

Scarlet: So.

Noah: So.

Scarlet: Will you play pool with me??

Noah: I thought you'd never ask.

(Noah sets up the balls and gives Scarlet a stick)

Scarlet: So what have you been up to today?

Noah: Whenever we get new members in the Mafia they have to swear in and stuff, and since I'm the leader I have to be there for their swear in.

Scarlet: Oh.

Noah: (hits the balls and he gets a few in the pockets) Yeah.

Scarlet: (hits a ball in her pocket) When can I join?

Noah: (she hits another one but it misses) Well, once you're in the gang, you're in it for life. Are you ready for that kind of commitment? (he hits another in the pocket)

Scarlet: Well, I don't plan on leaving you for a long time. And I need a place to belong, you know?

Noah: Yeah, I do. (hits one but it misses by an inch) (pauses) It's just, I still see you as my baby sister.

Scarlet: (there's silence) You know I don't blame you for leaving me with him.

Noah: (puts down the stick) But I left you Scar. I can never forgive myself for leaving you alone with him. (starts to get tears in his eyes) I hate myself for what he did to you. I hate my existance (sobs)

Scarlet: (puts down the stick and hugs him tightly) I forgive you. (crying) It is not your fault Noah. It is not your fault.

Noah: (looks at her) I'm so sorry.

Scarlet: What he did to me was neither one of our faults. He is a cold person that abuses others, and he's going to have to spend the rest of his life and forever more paying for his actions. It is not your fault.

Noah: (wipes his tears) I'm so sorry.

Scarlet: (holding his shoulders) Listen, All I care about is what we have right now, what happened in the past is over and done with.

Noah: (nods his head)

Scarlet: I love you so much.

Noah: I love you too. (kisses her on the forehead)

Scarlet: Now let me kick your ass in pool. (she grabs her stick and hits a ball into the pocket.)

(they laugh)
