It's been 3 years since me and Y/n had gotten our divorce. After that night when we had did it for the last time, we had finalized our divorce a week later. I'm not gonna lie I do miss her but it was best that we went our separate ways. Right now I was in the studio working on this song and my bro Ski was there to help me.
"Alright bro, you can go in and start recording yo song man" Ski had told me moving around in his swivel chair. I nodded and got up going into the booth putting my headphones on and sighed rubbing my face.

"Well man let's just go out to eat until later tonight man, just relax yourself". I shook my head and got up walking out with ski going to get something to eat.

Y/n POV
I sighed as I walked into my house tired from work. Once me and Jah finished the divorce I went and finished school and I got my masters as a lawyer. I'm the top tier at my job, everyone wants me to settle their cases and honestly it's stressful. I took my heels off and I was slightly happy because it's my first time in weeks I get to have 2 weeks off for myself. As I was taking my jacket off I heard little feet running across the floor and I couldn't do anything but smile because I knew exactly who it was.
"MOMMY, MOMMY, MOMMY!!", my 2 year old had yelled. I ran over to her and picked her up giving her kisses all over her face. This is me and Jahs daughter, Saniyah Jhene. She looks so much like him it's crazy, I don't understand how people didn't peep by now but I'm actually kind of glad. She's turning 3 in a week as in her birthday is the same day as Jah. She's so spoiled but I love my little munchkin, she's my everything.
"I miss you mommy! Auntie Ally and I made cupcakes today!!" She had said excitedly. Ally is my best friend that I met in 1st grade. She been through all my trouble and drama as I have for her. She's my everything too. That my rock, she's more of my sister than she is my bestfriend.
"I hope you and auntie left me some to eat cause I'm huuuuuuuuungry" I smiled while kissing on her little fat cheeks while she laughed and giggled. I sat her down as I saw ally walking over to me with her things. I embraced her with a hug as she sighed.
