Del heads towards the Ritz cinema quickly, he's let through by one of Joan's closest friends who doesn't look so happy. He sees his mum in the chair, heartbroken while looking at the newspaper which is titled:
Thief, Freddie Robdal has striked again
Del tries to comfort his mother who's absolutely distraught by the news. She cries, holding onto Del's arm. "I'm going to fight that man, I swear!" He threatens as he watches his heartbroken mother. "Oh Del, please don't hurt yourself! I'm going to visit him now. I want answers!"
