Joan gazes around the meeting room of the station, looking for her troubled lover. She finds him staring nervously behind the plastic board and takes a seat. Freddie knows she isn't in the happiest mood. "You promised me you weren't back to your old ways?" She says in dissatisfaction. "Joanie, I am a scam artist. There's always going to be something lurking around the corner for me." He explains. "Why'd you do it Freddie?" "I don't know. Look I'm really sorry Joanie, I'll make it up to you." Fred pressed his hand on the glass, struggling to resist her touch. Joan does it back, she slightly smiles, pushing back the tears. "No Joanie please don't get upset, we will eventually get away I promise." "Oh Freddie, I cant keep falling for your lies anymore." she whimpers, her face looking clammy and mascara dripping down her face. "Joanie, please. I love you" he begs for forgiveness. "And I love you." She goes firmly. "Maybe another time, ey?" Fred suggests to Joanie, trying to put her out of her misery. Joan nods her head, she get's up in despair. "Stay for a bit longer?" Freddie urges his lover but Joan denies. "Maybe another time, ey?" She says as she blows a kiss before leaving ready to get back to the Nelson Mandela flat.
