By 4 years old people that worked with the foster care found me, I was in foster care for the next 11 years. I've seen how they treat uncontrollable quirks. They torture, oh I hoped to God I'd be quirkless bit that wasn't the case, made a friend named Matsuyama Chiaki. Her quirk was bubble gum (she could create bubble gum and make people get stuck) she could control it and would give me gum when I was sad. She was the 'sweetest' person I knew (Pun Intended XD)
