***Qiyana POV***
Me: It's 6:59 pm, he has 1 minute until he is out of the army.
Suddenly Jay burst into the tent looking half ready for a dinner date.
Jay: Sorry I'm late. I got caught up in something at the main area.
Me: Excuses excuses.
He laughed. And I joined him.
Me: Please, take a seat. I gestured across the blanket of food at a cushion he took a seat and immediately began tucking in.
***3rd Person POV***
Qiyana's tent was like a castle of luxury compared to the dull and small tents Jay lived in. A black blanket full from corner to corner of food such as cheeses, meats, salads and desserts were crammed on the blanket of food, Jay assumed the remaining food that was not eaten would be given to the guards outside, as they had not eaten with the rest of soldiers.
The meal started off pretty awkward, but, as the night progressed and minutes turned to an hour and an hour turned to hours, eventually the two people became closer and chatted like they had known each other for years.
***10:12***
Qiyana: It's getting kinda late. You have more training tomorrow, I'd hurry up and get to your tent.
Jay: You're right. See you.
Qiyana: Aren't you forgetting something?
Jay: No. I didn't bring anything.
Qiyana: *mutters inaudibly*
Jay: What?
Jay walked nearer so he could hear what she said.
***Qiyana POV***
Oh my god he smells so good, and his lips look so nice right now. Almost still in my day dream I grabbed his face and gave him a kiss.
Jay stumbled back in shock but quickly regained composure.
Jay: Eh, thank you.
And with that, he scuttled off into the night.
I pretty much the minute he left gave the remaining food to the guards outside my tent and went to sleep, half flustered and half tired with the day.
And that's it for this chapter.
Thank you so so so so so much for reading, and I'm sorry I had to realise a useless slide, I just sorta noticed no one was interested during Christmas. But I'm gonna return to a few regular uploads until the holidays are over.
And as usual, thank you come again.
