Part 6 - Memories

Your POV:
It was almost a month, since you were working with Kayo. For few first day, you have been hiding that from everyone, but after 9 days, you and Kayo confessed love to each other and started dating officially. Opinions about that were divided between staff. Class D thought about you as a God, who was able to subjugate powers of SCP 953, scientists saw you as a valuable staff member, and MTFs said, that you are crazy. However, you didn't care about what do they think. You wanted to try and show them, that Kayo was able to feel emotions like a normal human. You knew, that there was a reason, why she was killing all those people, and you had to find it. You have decided to talk with her about that. You passed your card through the reader and entered her chamber.

Y: Hey honey, how are you today?

K: Hey Y/N, pretty well, and you?

Y: Not bad, but I have got a question. I wanted to ask you about your past.

Kayo's POV:
When he asked me about my past, I felt bad, I didn't want to talk about that, but from the other side, he had a right to know.

K: I... I don't like to talk about that.

Y: Oh, sorry, if you don't want to talk then that's ok.

K: N-No, I will tell you. You and this foundation deserve to know that.

Y: Do you want me to turn on the recording?

K: Yes, go ahead.

*Recording starts*

K: It all started in 1935. I used to be a normal girl like others. But then, four strange guys appeared. They... They...

Y: Do you need a break?

K: N-No, th-that's fine. They have killed my entire family on my eyes and then tried to rape me. I started to run. I didn't stop until I was exhausted and couldn't move anymore. Luckily, they have stopped following me after some time, so when I didn't have energy anymore, I was far away from them. I didn't know what to do. I wanted to find a way to avenge my parents and my siblings. I have looked for some time, and then I have found this strange table. I sit there, and I saw a strange person.

Y: And what did he do?

K: He offered me to help me avenge them. He promised, that they will be dying slowly and painfully for what they did. I simply had to sing one piece of paper.

Y: A pledge, am I right?

K: Honestly, I have no clue what that was, but it was interesting. Mind control and deadly ability were something, I could use to avenge them. When I saw it, I have singed it without looking further. My body started to change and i fainted. After I woke up, I saw that all of these, who hurt my family are already dead and I am between their bodies. Soon the police arrived, and I lost my mind again. When I saw their bodies later, I knew that this is fault of that paper. I wanted to tear it up, burn it and even drown it, but nothing worked. I have burried the paper somewhere near the river, so nobody finds it. Soon I was captured by this foundation. They tried everything to talk to me, but I would always lose the control. After few days, I had a weird dream.

Y: Could you describe it?

K: I was in an empty place. No lamps, no tables, no walls, just an empty place. After few seconds, I saw a man, with a very long beard. Somehow, I didn't lose control over myself. He told me, that if I want to redeem myself, I have to find somebody, who I will trully love. I said that's impossible, because I will lose control anyway. He smilled and told me, that I will not lose control for this one, but I will regain my mind only, if he will love me too. After that, the dream ended and I was back in this cell. At the beginning, I tried to find this person, however, it didn't happen, and whenether somebody came closer to me, he would die. After few years, I have lost my hope and didn't care anymore about dying people. I couldn't force myself to love anyone, so I had to live with this curse.

Y: Wow, I-I am speechless. I didn't know. I am sorry that I asked you to say that.

K: *With tears in eyes* Th-that's ok, you de-deserved to know that.

Y: * Hugs Kayo* Don't cry, everything will be ok now.

When your job was going to end, you said goodbye to Kayo, took the recording and went straight ahead to the director office.

D: Oh, hello Y/N, is something wrong?

Y: I have got this recording, I think that will explain everything.

D: Alright, thank you, you can leave now.

Director POV:
I have watched the entire recording and saw their discussion. I was right. Y/N is a very valuable member.
