Kayo's POV:
I was sleeping with Y/N in our bed, but i got woken up by an agony scream. I quickly realised, that it is him, that is screaming, but his voice was oddly higher. I touched him and asked:
K: Y/N, what is wrong?
He didn't answer, but kept screaming, so I turned him around, and realised, that it isn't Y/N, but a woman.
K: Who are you?!
Y: K-K-Kayo, c-call for a me-medic...
After saying that she passed out. I instantly ran to the first MTF guard that I could find.
MTF: Woah, what happened?
K: Somebody kidnapped Y/N!
MTF? What?! How is it possible?
K: I don't know! I have heard a scream next to me and when I woke up, there was a girl next to me screaming in agony, but Y/N was nowhere to be seen!
MTF: Ok, so he didn't get kidnapped, but we need to call a medic fast.
K: If he didn't get kidnapped, then where is he?
MTF: If I am not wrong, then this girl is Y/N, and somebody used on him SCP 113.
K: SCP 113? What is that?
MTF: In short words, it is a stone that changes a gender of a person that makes a contact with it.
Radio: Attention all MTF units! SCP 113 has been stolen! Our main prority is to find it!
MTF: I guess that I was right. Somebody has stolen SCP 113 and used it on Y/N. The question is, why?
K: I don't know, lets go for medic.
MTF: I will call him through the radio. *Talks to radio* It is Lieutenant from Gamma 8, we need a medic for O5-9, somebody used SCP 113 on him.
Radio: Alright, we are coming.
K: But he will be alright, won't he?
MTF: Teoretically yes, but to reverse the effects we will have to use 113 again, and without it we cannot do anything.
K: So we need to put him in pain again, to reverse it?!
MTF: I am afraid that we have to, unless he wishes to stay as a woman.
Medic 1: Ok, his, or I should say, her condition is stable. But we couldn't find SCP 113 near him
MTF: Yea, somebody stole it and we have no clue where it is now.
Medic 2: We gave him some painkillers, he should be alright. But we are going to take him to medical wing for an observation.
K: ... Do what is necesarry.
Your POV:
You woke up in a medical wing. The last thing you remember is an enourmous pain going through your body. You saw that Kayo was waiting for you to wake up.
Y: What happened to me?
K: Y/N, are you sure that you want to know?
Y: I want to know, tell me!
K: *Gives a small mirror* Check it yourself.
You looked at the mirror and you realised, that you were a woman. You put all the facts together and realised, that somebody has used an SCP 113 on you.
Y: ... I am speechless.
K: Yes, but don't worry, we will get you out of this.
Y: Then lets do that! Maybe I look beautiful now, but I don't want to stay as a woman forever, give me SCP 113.
