Julie's POV

My eyes went up from the ground and started staring into a pair of familiar eyes. 

He started to apologize immediately. I'm so sorry, he said over and over again. 

Jackson, a popular kid in my class but definitely not one of the smartest. 

Jackson: Oh, Julie. 

Julie: Yeah, um,  I started picking up my papers and he helped me.

Jackson: I'm so sorry again. 

He picked up some of my papers and gave them to me. I and Jackson were friends before but then he started changing. We just grew apart from each other and didn't talk anymore. Which I wasn't mad about because everyone changes and that's okay. 

My cheeks flushed down to their natural color again. I started to walk to the classroom. Mrs. Vancouver greeted everyone and began the lesson quickly. 

I sat down next to Kairi and I quickly analyzed the room and didn't see you (Mariano). I didn't think much of it because I am not someone who is supposed to know your reasons. (Mariano's reasons)

Mrs. Vancouver: Good morning everyone, today we are going to watch a documentary about...

The door swung open and that's when Mariano came in. 

You (Mariano) weren't someone who apologized for their actions but for some reason, you apologized and sat down at your seat, even the teacher raised her eyebrows by hearing what came out of your mouth. I guess everyone was shocked by that you actually spoke without someone requesting it. 

I observed how you started walking. We caught eye contact until I became my shyness came back and I stared at the board again, I wanted the eye contact last longer for some reason, so much longer. 

The lecture ended quickly afterwards. 

Jackson: Hey, Julie he said and walked with me towards my locker. 

Julie: Oh, hi

Jackson: Um, yeah so do you possibly want to hang out after school? 

I looked at him and doubted to saying yes until he said. 

Jackson: Like we used to, for old times sake? 

Julie: Sure, why not? 

Jackson: Ok, cool um can we meet at your locker? 

Julie: Yeah ok, I'll see you later then, I guess. 

I was confused why would Jackson suddenly hang out with me.  Well you know what maybe this will be good for me I need some more friends that I actually would spend time with me. 

Mar's POV 

I felt everyone's eyes on me when I opened the door. But there was only one pair of eyes that I was drawn to. Julie's eyes which I quickly drowned in them until she returned her sight to the ground. 

I apologized for being late and everyone raised an eyebrow. I knew it was rare to hear my voice without someone asking for it but I was a normal teenager again so maybe I should act like it. 

The lecture was pretty boring it contained Mrs. Vancouver talking about shit that no one wanted to learn. I sat behind you so I most of the time observed your moves. 

When the bell rang I wanted to come to you and tell you that I wanted you only you but that I wasn't ready for something serious then I had to remember I was only being an asshole if I did. 

 Then I suddenly saw you walking with the popular kid named Jackson. Wtf I thought to myself. 

I never saw you talk to him before. I got mad thinking about you and him together and then suddenly recollected myself by hearing Samy call out for me. 

I would beat Jackson if he ever tried to hurt you ever.
