Chapter 26

Hey guys and Happy New Year! Wow its been 3 years since I first started Wattpad! I hope we all had a good year of 2019, but now let's make 2020 a better year! I love you all! I don't know what would have happened if I didn't start Wattpad. Thx for all the support.

"Well..... This is it..."

Leo said as he and Raph walked back downstairs holding hands. When they reached the bottom of the stairs they let go. Raph got Leo's suitcase and carried to Trisha's car, Raph put Leo's suitcase in her trunk and turned to Leo. "I'm gonna miss you." Raph said as his eyes got glossy. "I'm gonna miss you too baby." Leo said as he hugged Raph one last time. Leo's step-parents came over to Leo and hugged him. "Don't forget about us." Leo's step-father said. He let go of Leo, his step-mother faced Leo. "Leo...look at me...you are mine...mine to me. No matter where you go or what she tells you....you will always be our son." His step mother said as she kissed his forehead. She went with her husband as Trisha walked to Leo. "You ready to go?" Leo nodded as he got into the car with her. He rolled down the window to wave to them. The car started as he began to cry, he even saw Raph and his step parents cry too. He waved to them but stopped when they turned the corner. Leo sat back and put his seat belt on. He put his hoodie on so Trisha couldn't see him cry but he was inhaling too hard so she could easily hear him. She ignored Leo letting him have his moment by himself.

Raphael on the other hand wasn't doing well either. He apologized for exploding at breakfast, they forgave him, and he started walking home. While walking he saw Peter but didn't feel like talking. Unfortunatly Peter saw him and ran up to him. "Hey Raph!" He yelled with a smile. "Hey.." Raph said. "Where's Leo?" Peter asked. "He..he's gone." Raph said trying not to break down crying. "Gone? Gone wher-" Before Peter said anything, Raph cut him off. "Look I'm not in the mood to talk right now... I'll talk to you some other time. Raph said as he walked away leaving Peter confused.
Raph got home and saw his parents . He ignored them and went to his room, once he landed on his bed, he cried. All he thought about was Leo and how much he loved him, and missed him.

Leo fell asleep in in the car and woke up at Trisha's house in a completly different city. Leo got out of the car and saw Trisha waiting on front of the door while smoking a cigarette. Trisha put out the cigarette and opened the door. "Welcome to your new home." Trisha said as Leo walked inside. "I have another son but he's not home yet so just make yourself comfortable." She said as Leo sat down on the couch. He looked as his phone as realized that it was New Years Eve. He signed and realized that he wasn't gonna spend New Years without his family or Raph. "I wonder if Raph as realized it's New Years Eve?" Leo thought to himself.

Raphael was on the couch switching from channel to channel on his TV. He stopped at program when he saw a New Years ball. That's when he also realized it was New Years Eve. He let a tear roll down his face because he knew that he wasn't going to spend it with Leo.

Hours later it was almost time for the ball to drop but neither of them felt excited. They both felt so miserable without eachother. Finally the countdown started..
