Are they a God/Goddess?:
Oizys is a goddess.

If so, God/Goddess of what?:
She is the goddess of misery, anxiety, grief and depression. 

Are they a Nymph?:
No, she isn't.

Personality:
Oizys is a shy goddess. She has a little social anxiety when around the gods/goddesses/nymphs that she doesn't know or isn't friends with. She also doesn't do too well when she's around a group either, choosing to just keep to herself or to try and seek out a friend who is alone, much rather being with someone they trust. 

Speaking of trust, Oizys doesn't trust people easily. It takes a while for her to open up to someone, let alone trust them. (One easy one for her to like you is if you're nice to her pets.)
If she's going through something, she'd rather keep to herself, not wanting to burden anyone with her troubles. So she'd much rather keep to herself.   She doesn't really raise her voice or speak her mind about things. She will if she's in the company of those she considers friends, but if she isn't, she just keeps her mouth shut and listens. She hates thinking she's annoying everyone in the room with her.

Due to her being rather closed off, she's usually dragged to events against her will, which usually puts her in a sad mood, as she'd much rather stay in the comfort of her own home than have to be surrounded by other gods/goddesses/nymphs. 

She views herself as "lesser than" viewing herself as a lesser goddess. She doesn't even see herself being allowed to be called a goddess. She often looks down on herself, thinking the others shouldn't waste their valuable time on her. She does keep this to herself but can often be heard muttering degrading stuff to herself.

Abilities:
Oizys can manipulate anyone's emotions, to be either miserable, anxious, mad or depressed.
Whenever Oziys steps into a room and is overwhelmed with emotion, the whole room feels the exact same emotions she's feeling. She doesn't mean for it to happen it just sometimes does.

Appearance:
Her hair is very fluffy and soft, stopping just below her waist in length. Her hair is a light icy blue colour which fades into a purple to a light pastel pink as it reaches the bottom of her hair. It is assumed that she dyes her hair but she doesn't. 

Her eyes are usually a goldish-orange colour, whichever angle you are looking at her, her eyes will wither look completely orange or completely yellow. Her facial expression is always a soft and shy expression, though she does change her emotions, that's just her default look. 

Her skin is a very light purple colour, almost looking like a bluish light grey, however, her main skin colour fades into a light pink towards her thighs and knees. Her feet and hands are completely white as she has white markings there.  She is 5'2 and a little chubby.
