Calum ;) :

We need to talk.

To Calum ;) :

Okay? You can stop by, but I'm already in my jammies

Within minutes I hear my doorbell ring and I run downstairs. I open the door and I see a concerned Calum.

"Come in."

We walk to the living room and sit down.

"What's going Cal?"

"Short after you left and went on your date with Zeke, my doorbell rang. It was a girl, I don't have a clue who she was but she told me things about Zeke. Believe me they weren't good things. She told me she had already talked to you but you wouldn't believe her, she thought I could persuade you. At first I thought it was bullshit, but something about it seemed off. So I did some research about Zeke. Anne I've found things and..."

"Calum stop." I say, interrupting him. "I don't believe you, Zeke is a normal guy. We don't even know who this girl is. I'll talk to Zeke tomorrow."

"But Anne, just listen to me goddammit!" He screams at me.

I look at him with a shocked expression on my face. I wasn't expecting for him to suddenly be mad.

"Just leave Calum, I don't want to talk to you anymore." I scream back.

He stands up and walks towards the door.

"Ow, and by the way. I won't be riding with you anymore, Zeke is going to do that from now." I say full of sass before he slams the door in my face.

I walk to the couch and sit myself down as I feel the tears urging to leave my eyes.

No, you're not going to cry over him. You're a strong independent woman.

I walk upstairs and crash on my bed. As the thoughts rush through my head, I slowly fall asleep.

-

I walk into school and everybody looks at me. I probably look like a disaster.

"Wow, what's up with you zombie?" Manisha asks surprised by my terrible appearance.

"I didn't sleep well." I say with an awkward smile on my face.

We walk towards my English class and I'm nervous. I have to sit next to Calum and since our little argument yesterday, I'm not as excited as usually. I sit down on my familiar seat and see in the corner of my eye that Calum is looking at. I look back and raise my eyebrows. He looks away. He looks as terrible as I do.

It felt like ages went by until that class came to its end. I really wanted to put a bullet through my brains. Calum and I didn't say a thing to each other, I really wanted to though. I just didn't know what to say.

I walk out of the classroom towards the cafeteria.

"Hey Anne." I hear a familiar voice say to me.

"Hey Lucas, how are you?" I say with a smile on my face.

"Terrible, now you've called me by my full name." He says laughing. "Are you still going to sit with me and the guys?"

"Sounds lovely." I say as I feel relieved. At least now I don't have to sit with Calum.

"Anne, this is Michael, Ashton and of course Zeke, but I have a feeling you already know him." Luke winks at me.

"Nice to meet you and yes, yes I do."

I sit down next to Zeke and he takes my hand. I instantly feel butterflies in my stomach.

"So Anne, have you guys already done the deed, if you know what I mean." A guy with red hair, I think his name was Michael, says while wiggling his eyebrows.
