it was Monday morning, Blaine was at his locker, taking his books out. He had tried to call and text Kurt all weekend, but there was no response. He shut his locker and walked down the hall to his first class, not bothering to wait and see if Kurt would show up.
Blaine's first two classes were uneventful, and he had a free period now. Blaine was walking to his locker to grab some books he needed. He looked at the direction of his locker and stopped dead in his tracks.
There was Kurt, leaning against his locker. But he didn't look the same. He was wearing tight fitting dark blue jeans and black converse. He had on a grey v neck top with a black biker jacket on top of it. He had a chain that was wrapped around his neck twice while still being lose, and had a hoop piercing at the side of his lip. His hair was in a usual quiff, but it looked a little more messier than normal. Blaine was shocked, the Kurt that Blaine knew would never wear something like that. (Go to the end of this chapter (the A/N) if you want to see what the outfit is like)
Blaine walked up the his locker, where Kurt was. He stood beside Kurt, but Kurt took no notice to the boy standing beside him. Blaine cleared his throat, trying to get Kurt's attention, but Kurt ignored him.
"Kurt?" Blaine said. Kurt moved his head to look at Blaine beside him.
"What do you want hobbit?" Kurt said. Blaine took a step back. Blaine could see anger in Kurt's eyes, Kurt was never like that.
"What happened, you were off for a week without any explanation. I tried to call and text you. I even went to your house 2 times and I still have no idea what was going on." Blaine said. Kurt scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"Looks like someone has a crush on me Anderson. I mean, it sounds like you were stalking me." Kurt said. Blaine looked at him. Who was this Kurt, Blaine didn't know this person. Blaine knew the sweet, loving, caring Kurt, not this absolute douchebag.
"Kurt. What's happened? Why are you being so rude?" Blaine asked. Kurt just laughed at him.
"Oh Sorry Blainey, did I hurt your feelings? How will I ever forgive myself." Kurt mocked. Blaine didn't know what to say, what the hell was wrong with Kurt.
"Kurt, this isn't you." Blaine said, frowning. Kurt stood up straight and looked at Blaine.
"You don't know me." Kurt said bitterly. Blaine looked at him with pure confusion.
"Yes I do Kurt, I know you like the back of my hand. But this isn't you, this isn't the Kurt I know, and I don't think I like this Kurt very much. Come on Kurt, we're best friends." Blaine said desperately. Kurt rolled his eyes and took a step closer to Blaine.
"You and me aren't friends, I don't want you near me. Stop talking to me, or I'll get a restraining order." Kurt said, then he walked away. Blaine watched Kurt walk away. He felt his heart crack when Kurt said they weren't friends, and why didn't Kurt want to talk to him? Blaine got everything he needed, shut his locker and walked to his next class. The events that just happened still playing over and over in his head.

Blaine didn't pay attention in his classes, he was too busy thinking about Kurt and what had happened. The lunch bell snapped Blaine out of his thoughts. He gathered his stuff and walked to the cafeteria. He grabbed his food and sat down at a table with the glee club.
"Hey Blaine." Sam greeted him. Blaine smiled and picked at his food, still thinking about Kurt.
"Did you guys see Kurt today?" Tina said, Blaine snapped his head up at the mention of Kurt.
"Yeah, he looks insane. I mean, what happened to him?" Rachel said.
"It's so weird, he's become a 'bad boy' almost." Quinn said. Everyone nodded. Blaine didn't like them talking about Kurt. Even if Kurt didn't want to talk to Blaine, Blaine still cared about Kurt and wanted to protect him.
