*3rd Person*
"Bones will be shattered, necks will be wrung. You'll be beaten and battered, from racks you'll be hung. You will die down here and never be found. Down in the deep of Goblin-town," the Goblin King sang, dancing around. One of the Goblins screamed, throwing Thorin's sword down. The King backed away, "I know that sword! It is the Goblin-cleaver! The Biter! The blade that sliced a thousand necks! Slash them! Beat them! Kill them!" The King ordered as they started beating on the Dwarves. Three Goblins pinned Thorin to the ground and the King told them to cut off his head. The Goblin on top of Thorin was about to bring down his weapon when a burst of light filled the entire place, sending Goblins flying. The Dwarves looked up to see a familiar Wizard.
"Take up arms. Fight. Fight!" The Dwarves started fighting back as Gandalf slashed at oncoming Goblins.
"He wields the Foehammer! The Beater! Bright as daylight!" The King yelled as the Dwarves got their weapons back. He advanced on Thorin, but was hit by his sword, which sent him stumbling back, off of the edge.
"Follow me. Quick!" Gandalf yelled, leading them away.
*Almithara's POV*
I weaved my way through a maze of rocks, trying to find the way out. Coming to a dead end, I started to go back the way I had come when I heard the creature's voice. I found another pathway and decided to take that, finding a crack in the wall big enough for me to fit through. Trying to go through, I got stuck. My eyes widened when I saw Gollum go past, then slowly back up and come towards me.
"It's ours. It's ours!" He yelled. My buttons flew off, as I became unstuck. I fell to the ground and the ring flew out of my hand. Everything seemed to move in slow motion as I reached up to catch it. Instead, the ring landed on my finger. I moved backwards as the creature came through the crack, looking around. His eyes passed right over me, "Thief!" He continued on and I quietly got up, following after him.
*3rd Person*
Gandalf and the Dwarves ran, occasionally having to fight off Goblins that popped up. They were coming across a bridge when the Goblin King appeared in front of them.
"You thought you could escape me." The King swung at Gandalf who backed up to avoid being hit. "What are you going to do now, Wizard?" Gandalf hit the King in the eye with his staff, then sliced at his stomach. The King dropped to his knees, "That'll do it." Gandalf sliced the Goblin's neck, causing him to fall and the bridge break. The part the Dwarves were on fell, crashing into other bridges. They got to the bottom and the Dwarves groaned.
"Well, that could have been worse," Bofur said, watching Gandalf stand up. The Goblin King landed on top of the pile, making the Dwarves groan again, feeling the weight.
"You've got to be joking!" Dwalin said. The Dwarves started getting up and Kili cried out. They all looked up to see hundreds of Goblins coming down towards them.
"There's too many. We can't fight them."
"Only one thing will save us, daylight! Come on! On your feet!"
*Almithara's POV*
I followed the creature, hoping he was leading me out instead of further in.
"Wait! My precious, wait!" There was a commotion and the creature quickly hid behind a rock. I watched as a Wizard and some Dwarves ran past. I needed to follow them, but I couldn't go anywhere with this creature in my way. Quietly walking closer, I stood behind the creature, my sword at its neck. He turned as I raised it, but the look on his face made my heart twinge and I knew I couldn't kill him. Lowering my sword, I backed up. I ran, jumping over him, but my foot made contact with his face. Running towards the exit, I could hear him screaming behind me. "Curse it and crush it! We hates it forever!"
I OWN NOTHING BUT MY CHARACTER!!
