"Will you come back with me?" Calum asked.
Phoenix nodded, "I'm sorry I left in the first place,"
Calum shook his head. "It's okay, you were scared and you didn't know how to deal with the fears you had. I can't blame you for that,"
Phoenix smiled at him as she hugged him tighter. "Let me get my things together." She took his hand and led him to her apartment door. He followed her as she walked down the hall to her apartment. "Was it my fault?" He asked.
"What are you talking about?"
"Did I scare you into leaving?"
"Calum, it was never your fault." They had reached her apartment and she led him inside.
"Was it because I was moving things too quickly?"
"Calum, it was not your fault."
He smiled at her, he knew it was his fault. He was the one who drove her away. He thought that he was going to fast for her and she wasn't ready.
"Calum, are you alright?"
He looked up, "Yeah, I'm fine."
She looked at him for a moment and dropped her bag. She walked toward him. She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her head in his chest, he was a good foot taller than her.
"I love you, I was scared. I didn't know if I could handle it. When I left, it was a mistake. I sat on my couch and cried for the entire day." She mumbled into his chest.
Calum wrapped his arms around her tighter. "I'm sorry, I just felt like it was my fault."
"Don't, I love you."
"I love you too,"
"C'mon, let's get the rest of my stuff together. We have a tour to finish."
Calum smiled down at her as he placed a soft kiss onto her forehead. Phoenix rolled.her eyes and smiled as she leaned up on her tiptoes and kissed him.
