A loud beeping sound wakes you up. You pop your eyes open to see what it was. It was your alarm clock. Your hand hits the snooze button and you lay back down. It's been a week since you moved to this town, and everything has been going well. You got a job as a librarian, and you where able to an apartment. Your eyes go wide when you see what time it is. It's 8:46! You're late for work! You rush out of bed, and to your closet, trying to get an outfit out. As quickly as you can, you put on a sweater and jeans, a pair of socks, and you to the door to get on a pair of shoes. After you get your shoes on, you rush out of the door and down the hall. There are many doors in the hall, leading to different apartments. Of course, you had to be all the way in the back. You rush out of the front door and down the street as quickly as you could. Unfortunately, you didn't have enough money to buy a car, so you have to walk to work. You were so focused on work that you didn't realize there was someone walking down the side walk. You bump into them, and fall over.
