Chapter 9: Scythe vs. Alpha Wolf

》Scythe's POV《

"His level is goddamn high!" But I can do this! I held my dagger tightly and stared at the Alpha. He's now finishing off the last meat.

"GRAAAWWWWWRRRR!" He howled and then lied on the ground. I think he's gonna sleep.

This is my chance to attack him. "BANISH!" I became invisible and then I ran towards the sleeping wolf. "CONTINUOUS STRIKE!" I casted as I got near towards the alpha then my passive skill got activated.

My surroundings got slow-mo because of my passive skill. I slashed the alpha as I continue to ran around him. I'm still invisible that's why he can't see me. He got awoke by my attacks and he stood up with his two legs.

My attacks dealt 10% of his HP and now he's ready to fight. I ran jumped far away from him after my attacks then suddenly I got flown away in the air, hitting my back to one of the rocks.

Sh*t! How can he notice my presence? He attacks me with just his claws. I remembered wolves have a great sense of smell. That's why he knows where I am.

"You dare attack me with those puny daggers?!" Oh sh*t! He can speak. I noticed that my invisibility worn off already. With his attack 10% of my HP already got depleted.

"You called my attack puny? Let's see who's gonna win this fight." I said to him and cracked my fingers. "GRAHAHA! You worthless human! You think you can win? Think again!" He said and howled again.

This time his eyes we're locked onto me and I can feel bloodlust in his red f*cking eyes. He smiled while blood's dripping in his mouth.

The ground started to shake as he charged towards me. I ready my fighting stance and as he got near, I threw my dagger towards him and casted my skill, "BLINK!" I suddenly got teleported at my dagger.

The alpha got surprised since I'm already in front of him. I held my dagger tightly and I slashed his left eye, I jumped at his back then I jumped again to get away from him as he started to run towards the wall.

He's now howling in agony as he crashed at the wall making the room to shake. "YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!" He shouted in anger. I can feel his aura changing into more aggresive aura. He's now taking me seriously.

My attack earlier only dealt 5% of his HP but he got angry since I slashed his left eye. I bet he can't use his left eye now.

He faced me while blocking his left eye. Blood keeps flowing through his left eye. "Do you want me to do the same to your right eye?" I teased him and he's not happy with that. "YOU B*ST*RD! I'M GOING TO SLAUGHTER YOU AND TEAR YOU LIMB BY LIMB!" He shouted. Damn. He got angry issues.

He made a hole by punching the wall. He picked up the pebbles and threw it towards me. The only thing I can do is to avoid it, so I avoided all of the pebbles and suddenly he's already in front of me.

I've got no time to dodge his attack. So he pinned me down to the ground by his left claw. The impact as I got pinned down really hurts. 20% of my health got depleted and it's still depleting one by one as the pressure of his claws still pinning me down.

"HAVE A TASTE OF MY WRATH! YOU IMBECILE!" He threw me into the ceiling and blood spurts out of my mouth! "Gah!" I said. I started to fall into the ground but he catches me and then he slammed me into the ground!

F*ck! "Gahhh!" My whole body got slammed into the ground. It f*cking hurts! Blood's flowing out of my whole body. I looked at my HP and it already drops below 30%.
