Chapter 1

Lloyd pulled out his table napkins from his locker, which he usually use for cleaning up stuff of some sort like facial oil and permanent spills. He closed his locker and met with a messy brown haired guy in a blue hoodie. "Hey Lloyd! Wanna hang out with us afer school?" Lloyd backs up a bit from his sudden appearance. "I... umm.. I don't know?..." he said with an awkward smile. Jay sighs getting concerned. "Lloyd. You've been a little off after awhile, what's wrong?" He said softly, resting his hand into Lloyd's shoulder. Lloyd sighs, looking into his locker. "Jay.. I should have said this awhile ago, but my dad is getting a strict out of his rules for the sake of his business." He explained making Jay confused, throwing his eyebrows. "Uh.. what business?" Lloyd looked at him in a frown. "My dad haven't known anything out of me behind his back. I'm now supposed to deal with his sort of malicious doings, pulling my fate up into his foot steps, but not exactly into his, he just planned me to a fixed engagement for the merging of their business.." Jay's eyes widened looking into Lloyd upfront. "Whoa! That is so cool! How's the girl, is she hot?.." Jay asks with a teasing grin. Lloyd blushed, getting embarassed with Jay's question. "N-no.. uh, I-I mean.. she is g-good and l-like her..." Lloyd stutter. Jay laughed in excitement, jumping around. "Ha! And why wouldn't you agree with that?" He asks. "Actually, we did agree with Harumi to run away after for our lives away from their grasps, but I'm still not sure.. I'm still trying to know her." He explained as the two begun walking into the halls. "And how'd it go?" Jay keeps on asking. "It's.... a working on progress." Lloyd smiles. Jay cjeered, squealing in excitement as his smile stretched out his face, goofing beside Lloyd carelessly.

Cole walked up with them beside Jay who haven't noticed hkm approaching. "What are you guys talking abo-- whoah..." Jay bumped his forehead with Cole who accidentally stepped into Jay's shoelace. Cole falling into his back with Jay facing him. The world goes slow as ever, Lloyd's reaction gone slow, the crowd's delayed attention and Kai's shocked gazed in a distance. Cole reflexes his other leg, stamping it behind him, catching Jay from falling himself facing the floor as both of them twisted into their sides. Cole looses balance and falls with his shoulder and Jay, hitting his wrists before the floor.

Cole grunted out as his wrist got sqashed by Jay's shoulder. Jay yelps, almost breaking his arms, rolling himself into his back and quickly got up as Cole grunted in pain, facing the floor, holding his wrist. "Cole! I'm sorry! I didn't see you." Jay apologised, trembling a bit. "Way the go spark plug." Cole grunted, sitting himself up. Jay pulled him up, patting his wrist from shock. "If you weren't grooving around, we wouldn't have fallen!" Cole murmured, "hey! you're the one who stepped into my shoelaces." Jay grumbled. "Here we go again.." Kai murmured beside Lloyd. "Guys! Stop it." Lloyd whispered, punching both of them lightly. The two quickly got along and started walking into the hall gradually teasing each other.

Lloyd looked at them in his poker face, getting this alot after their small fights. Kai went close beside him, looking to where Lloyd is staring at. "Hmmm. They're inseparatable right Lloyd?" Lloyd turned to Kai who has a sly grin as he smiled back in agreement. Lloyd noded and felt something in his hands as Kai has his eyes half open looking at him.

Kai grasps Lloyd hands, making his eye widen up looking below. Lloyd shoved Kai's hands with a chuckle both into their faces as they pushed each other away in disgust. "Eww.. gross..." Kai chuckled looking at Lloyd in a big smile. "No homo!" Lloyd aid chuckling.

The four met with Zane and Nya outside, waiting for them as they got half an hour before the gates opens. All of them gave each other a five and seated into the edge of the pot of the fig tree. They were talking about random things letting the time pass by, Zane talking to Lloyd, Kai talking to Cole who mischieviously shove Jay a bit into Nya who only chuckled, shoving him back, making Kai fall off the edge.

Jay started to look away from being pushed back and forth by them, moving himself out into the other side, sitting beside Zane with his is noticably turning a bit red. The three chuckled, and Kai approached him. "Hey Jay.. we're just joking.. don't take it too seriously." He said moving beside Lloyd. "Yeah right.." Jay murmured jokingly.

The bell rang as the gates opened up. Lloyd gestured a smile to Zane into Jay who wasn't looking at him. Lloyd throws a friendly punch as they all stood up, heading into the exit. Kai and Nya are up in front before Lloyd and Zane and the two behind. Zane looked back and started talking to Jay who interrupts a bit of Cole who Lloyd eventually asks some questions about.

"Jay. Why can't Lloyd join us later?" Zane asks. "Oh, he has something to do more important than this, or maybe he's not available of some sort..." Jay squealed a bit on the last part. "How so?" He asks again. "We'll just say..." Jay paused as Lloyd's eyes are a bit on him as he was talking with Cole. "I'll tell you later." Jay patted Zane and started walking forward, getting behind Kai and Nya.

The team got theirselves outside and went into the other side of the street. "You guys go. I'll catch up later.. I think." Lloyd said. "I hope so." Jay added making Lloyd glare at him. "Ok, meet us into Jay's..... place." Nya said unable to hold her smile in excitement. Lloyd chuckled and greeted as he makes his way home, running away from them.

The team started walking and chatting and Jay shushed all of them. "Guys.... wait.. I think we'll be redirecting.." Jay smirks making all of them confused and intized.
