Chapter 10

Kai's P.O.V.

I rolled into my side but only to yelp in pain from my bruises and sore body. I whimper, my tears spilled a bit in pain. Looking barely around my surroundings, I picked myself up. "Shshshsh.... Kai.. lay down.." I turned my head and saw Nya, "Nya!!" I cried out, but still hold up myself from looking vulnerable. "You should rest.. you're kinda broken down a bit.." she squealed. "I-I'm fine.." I shrugged, sitting myself up, despite I'm grunting into the pain everywhere my body.

I looked at my sister who looks pretty concerned to me. I smiled weakly and frowned a bit. I wanted to see Lloyd, but they don't know about it yet. Still, I wanna see him, I'm mixed up with anxiety and fear. "Nya c-can I see Lloyd?.." I asks. She nodded, picking me up as she assisted me into his room.

I entered the room and barely walked by myself. Jay was there, sitting around as I approached the green ninja who is still out concious and wrapped with badages around his body. I placed myself beside him, keeping myself up despite the pain aching into my body. "Hey Lloyd.." I hummed lowly, patting his hair. Lloyd looked so cute right now, like he usually do when he's asleep. He's calm yet a bit fierce at times when his eyes are closed. I just like to look at him; smiling just by doing so and planted a kiss into his forehead and down to his cheek. I pulled away and grunted by getting up, placing myself into the couch, laying on it inside his room. I wanted to wait until he could wake up. He's fine, but not exactly. He got his head , I hope he still remembers me. I could never try to forget him within a day, single moments makes the significance of him to me.

Lloyd's P.O.V.

I started to stir up, feeling my entire body sting itself, originating from my bruises and wounds. "Agh.." I barked airily, grunting from the sharpest pain I could feel. "Lloyd.. " a soft familiar sound approached me, sitting beside my head, staring at me softly. "..Kai..." I mewled, smiling a bit just by seeing him. The sharp pains no longer mattered as he looked at me and placed his hand into my cheek, patting his fingers into my hair. I closed my eyes, getting my comfort zone in his hand. "How are you?.. babe?" He smirked weakly into me teasingly. "I'm fine... especially when you're around." He smiled into me genuinely, his cheek started to turn a shade of red. We looked at each other for awhile, falling into each other's gazes. He lend his forehead into m mine and then whispered. "I can't think of anything when I loose you..." he sighs, kissing my forehead. "Me too Kai.." I hummed, my heart getting warmer.

"Jay! Is there any time you can't be annoying at some point around anybody else?" Cole groaned as Jay was yammering his thoughts into him. "How's this for being annoying?!" He growled then started to yammer again but about Cole from now. "Look, I'm Cole.." he sneared. "I'm buff and a boulderbrain! And look! I run so slow and mostly pissed all of the viewers because I end up being the last person running in an approaching devistating moment!" He stopped, glaring playfully into Cole's face, inches part from him. Cole raised his brows, getting confused from what he've said. "Uh.. what--?"

"Agh! Forget it! I'll just be quiet.." Jay murmured, throwing a light punch into Cole's sore shoulder. "Aw.." he whinned then followed Jay to where he is heading.
