The clock on the wall of the classroom ticked loudly in the silence as the time passed by slowly. I readjusted my broken ankle in its long cast uncomfortably and sighed loudly in annoyance. The time could not pass by any slower. After a few more minutes of our teacher droning on and on about who knows what the bell finally shrieked loudly. Everyone stood quickly and practically sprinted out of the room while I slowly stood up and grabbed my crutches. I struggled for a moment and adjusted the crutches comfortably and hobbled out of the room. As I slowly walked the hallway towards my next class a pair of hands intertwined around my waist. I jumped in surprise and turned around to come face to face to with a cheeky looking Damon. His bright blue eyes were shining with amusement, his lips were pulled into a cheeky smirk, and his dimples were on full display. His brown hair was windswept and he was dressed in dark jeans and a plain light blue t shirt that brightened his eyes. Damn, he was good looking.

“Hey babe.” He said happily.

“Leave me alone.” I grumbled.
