Chapter 11

Aerin was quiet the whole car ride to the hospital. Jin and Hoseok kept up a steady stream of chatter but neither Aerin nor Yoongi really participated. Yoongi stole glances at her through the rear view mirror as he drove but she spent the whole time staring out the window. He caught her once rubbing her lips absentmindedly and he worried she was regretting the kiss they shared.

He definitely had no regrets. The woman can definitely kiss. She was responsive and didn't hold anything back. It made him even more curious to know if she was that responsive with kisses on other parts of her body. He felt his jeans tighten as he remembered how toned her body was and how perfect her butt was. He groaned internally and started listing out the periodic table in an attempt to calm his body.

"Earth to hyung! Hello, what are you thinking about so deeply?" Hoseok asked as he tapped Yoongi on the shoulder.

"Hm? Mercury. I was thinking about Mercury." Yoongi replied.

"What? What does mercury have to do with udon?" Hoseok asked, confused.

"Nothing I guess."

"Oooookay then. So back to my original question, can we stop by the udon place to get a bowl for Kookie? He's complaining about the hospital food."

"Yep sure." Yoongi replied, as he took yet another look at Aerin on the mirror.

As she entered the hospital room, Aerin let out a high pitched squeal when she saw Miki was awake and sitting up. She ran over to give her big hug as Miki laughed and returned the hug. They laughed and hugged and swayed with giddiness. The 7 boys smiled, witnessing the happy scene.

"You scared me, you goose! How could you sleep for so long! I know you wanted to lose some weight, but sleeping for 5 days straight is a terrible weight loss strategy!" Aerin playfully teased Miki.

"A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do." Miki returned serve, before continuing softly, "Sorry I scared you. I can't imagine how terrible it would be for you to find me like that. Forgive me?"

"Only if you promise to do the dishes for 1 month straight!"

Miki nodded and said, "OK, deal."

Yoongi interrupted the reunion by placing his hand on Aerin's shoulder and said, "Aerin, we're going to take JK on a walk. You guys have a good catch up and we'll be back in half hour or so. Call me if anything, and I mean anything, comes up. Do you have your phone?"

Aerin nodded and the mention of a phone suddenly reminded her. She fished around her bag and took out a phone and said to Jungkook, "JK I forgot to tell you. I've had your phone this whole time. I charged it overnight so it should be working now."

Jungkook's face brightened up with a huge smile. "My phone! Thanks Noona!" He took the phone and showered it with kisses. Everyone had a little laugh at his reaction.

The boys all filed out of the room, with Yoongi the last to leave. Aerin followed him with her eyes until the door closed before turning back to Miki, who was eyeing her suspiciously.

"What was that?" She asked curiously.

"What was what?"

"Don't play with me. I've known you for way too long to know your love sick puppy eyes. What's going on with you? What's his name again?"
